The app itself is great and very useful to add reviews, but I wish more features were available in the free plan. Customer support was also very good, Alene and Joliann were proactive in helping me fix my problems.

So far so good! I love the customer service they help me set up everything and I didn't have to wait days for a response. I gave it four, because they dont have the option for customer to upload video only pictures

Nice to have an app that has reviews for products available for businesses that are starting out that may not have customer base yet for review. This allowed me to sell product with reviews so the customer can felt confident in their purchase. I did have an issue with trying to install the app. I was able to install it with their support, which was pretty fast.

Not bad. Some issues in the beginning when importing reviews. Definitely room for improvement. However, I like that I'm able to get support when I need it and customer service is responsive.

I download this app,It is powerful as it can import lots of reviews from only aliexpress,if it can import from other shops it can be wonderful,as some supporter is not professional,he told me the wrong way to line the reviews,and it happens terrible to display three same reviews one window,I am not happy about that!
