The app itself is great and very useful to add reviews, but I wish more features were available in the free plan. Customer support was also very good, Alene and Joliann were proactive in helping me fix my problems.

Still getting the hang of the app but all-in-all I love the features. I like to think I can navigate my way through websites/programs fairly well, however, I loved that right as I was setting up review imports for my store, Charlotte from eCommerce came to offer assistance. Granted, not much was done on my end yet and I wanted to get an understanding of the program for myself first, but it was clear she was eager to help. I greatly appreciated that and nonetheless, she was polite and courteous. I see that being greatly beneficial for users who aren't quite as technologically savvy or curious as I am. Really only 4/5 as I haven't quite needed help yet, although 5/5 for ease of use and customer service!

I have recently downloaded this app after using it 3 years ago. It is still my go-to review app and the best for dealing with aliexpress. There are some pros and cons however. Cons: - They have completely updated every aspect of the app since I used it back in 2019. Back then there was only one plan which cost 9.99 (now the starter plan now) and since then they have limited some of the functionality you used to get for that price and spread it to higher priced plans (along with new features. - The email template goes straight to google's spam filter and into the junk box (in my limited experience) - As mentioned before some functionality such as: changing font style, number of reviews to import at a time, changing email sender address... are reserved for higher priced plans. However you can still get by fine with starter plan even though it doesn't have quite the same value for money as before. Pros: - First and foremost they have the best customer service I have ever seen on a shopify app. Their staff really do go "above and beyond". They will reply instantly and send really good explanations and screenshots of how to solve issues. Furthermore, I was recently solving an import issue with a customer support agent (Pauline) and she even offered to import some product reviews for me (going above and beyond what is expected - well done!) - It is very compatible with themes and Aliexpress - Works well and is responsive to all devices - New features such as email and sms review requests (although it has the cons mentioned above) - Still my #1 go to review app

However, the most important point and for your case is that to avoid the change affecting the current users by this change, your plan as Starter plan will be automatically upgraded to higher plan as Essential plan, but you just paid $9.9, this case was applied around July 15 2021, you can check on this store PimpleVac to know about it clearly and it's the main reason why you still used advance setting after this day, it's considered as the benefit to offer for our loyal customers. So far so good! I love the customer service they help me set up everything and I didn't have to wait days for a response. I gave it four, because they dont have the option for customer to upload video only pictures

Nice to have an app that has reviews for products available for businesses that are starting out that may not have customer base yet for review. This allowed me to sell product with reviews so the customer can felt confident in their purchase. I did have an issue with trying to install the app. I was able to install it with their support, which was pretty fast.

Not bad. Some issues in the beginning when importing reviews. Definitely room for improvement. However, I like that I'm able to get support when I need it and customer service is responsive.

AliExpress support was responsive and effective when I encountered a problem with product reviews not displaying on my website. They identified the issue and helped restore the reviews, which were previously imported but not showing up. I’m very satisfied with their assistance and grateful for the fix

In the middle of a trial. The support staff was very helpful during the implementation. We had some technical concerns, but they were sincere in their support until the very end and worked to resolve our issues.
