So far so good. I was with another program that was more expensive with less features and the customer service with Ali really went out of their way as soon as I signed up to make sure everything was going well to get started. Serenaa helped me and noticed some issues I was having without me asking and fixed them right away for me. Looking forward to seeing how much better this program works for me.
