They are really nice people. I gave 1 star last week and wrote this --> Was not using it. Deleted it. Code left all over my site on every single product page. I HATE IT NOW! But they instrcuted me cleraly via email how to repair the thing. Really easy and believe me: I'm REALLY not a coder. Will start again to use de app, even if I find it hard to use.

Before the update it was good. Fast and very easy to use everything. Now that the new update came it became very slow and lots of glitches.

Sorry to say, but I'm changing my review. I've discovered that the App does not translate reviews, even tho they say it does. Even worse, it moves all the Russian reviews (in Russian) to the top, so that's what your visitors see first when they view your product. When I contacted them, their solution was to manually sort each product's reviews and to disable to Russian ones - one by one!! I have nearly 500 products - thanks Ali for giving me tons more work to make your App work for me!!! Either sort out your translator so it works, or give us the option to put prioritize English reviews so they can be at the top.

Good APP! But, it is only FREE up to 10 Reviews! For more you have to pay monthly!

ok, it imports and works very well. But in trial version you'll have a sign beside your reviews that its 'powered by ali reviews' -_- :D I mean if its trial version has lots of limits, that fine but, it doesn't mean that I have to have a link of this app on every single page. Just because I don't like this strategy and discovered that by my self after 2 days that I downloaded it, 3 is the maximum rate and won't buy this app.

I've installed and deleted. You have to pay to have good features, free package is not enought. Also, I didn't like a small sign that shows that reviews are from Aliexpress. Maybe in payed version this will dissapear, I don't know. My customers don't need to know this. And one more thing, I didn't like the placement of reviews. Again, maybe it's possible to change if you are paying. Anyway, the app is nice, but it's better to pay to have more options. I am not ready to pay yet.

The free version is useless because you can only have 10 items reviewed... Now the paid version is good and gets the job done well but a little more expensive than id like. Wish it was like 5 a month because it adds up.

I would give this more stars but took away two for not being alerted that the largest amount of reviews you can import from Ali is 10. While this works great for larger, more established websites, it's not worth it to a smaller site, just starting out, who is looking to something like this to help establish them as being reliable. It needs to be in clear language that this is only a trial and you'll only have access to 10 reviews, just for testing purposes. It does work, with a little work, just not for us beginners.

Easy to use and straight to the point, I just don't like how a lot of the times, the app just stops working.

I like it but if I try going back to edit the reviews, it doesnt work. Kinda disappointing.

Nice product but... a really big but... The most important feature is to index the page in google with reviews/rating schema tag. This product is useless for SEO.. there is no feature to add this tags (just add 2 attributes to the rating box) and there is no option to edit the template so i can;t do it by myself too...

It is easy to install and to import reviews along with pictures customers uploaded to Ali, you just provide the product URL from Ali. As Ali sells worldwide, you can select which reviews to import based on the person's country of origin. So if you are only selling in Canada, you can just import reviews left by those from Canada. However the reviews will display the customer's country of origin, which is a bit odd. The date of when the review was left on Ali will also display, so you are going to want to look at and edit the reviews you import for each product. Only giving it 3 stars because it will display the person's country of origin, no way to hide or remove this.
