I haven't used the app quite yet. The developers are working out some code issues. But I must say, as soon as I added the app I had immediate help. She came to me, and I would have not gotten through this without her immediate help.

I am just setting up this app, but so far it is perfect. The support is amazing. Love the widget editor. Love that it will integrate with Klaviyo. Did I mention that the support was top notch? I will update as I use it more.

I have mainly used it for product reviews with email and direct product reviews it's very useful to our store. And it has many features like SMS reviews, and writing feedback surveys.
