This app is great for following up with customers after they've made a purchase to get a review. You can also use it for post-sale upsell. And, I've found the customer service representatives to be very responsive and helpful. My most recent exchange was with Andy. He was so easy to work with and follow-up to make sure I was able to do what I needed. I'm very satisfied.

Una buonissima app, molto valida ma ancora ha bisogno di miglioramenti. La visualizzazione del box nella home page per quanto riguarda il carosello in versione mobile è leggermente buggato ma per il resto funziona bene.

I wanted to try out this updated version of Ali Review, and glad I did it. Setup was very easy and the interface is simple to use. I had a minor issue with my review page, but the support team helped me out very quickly. Definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a good review app.
