Reportei um erro anteriormente e foi-me indicado pela vossa equipa que o problema iria ser resolvido. No entanto, cerca de uma hora depois desse contacto, o meu acesso ao suporte e ao dashboard da aplicação foi bloqueado sem qualquer explicação. Neste momento: * não tenho acesso ao dashboard da app; * não consigo contactar o suporte através dos canais habituais; * não tenho visibilidade sobre o estado da integração com a Amazon. Esta situação é extremamente preocupante, especialmente porque ocorreu após eu ter reportado um problema. Solicito, com urgência: * esclarecimento sobre o motivo do bloqueio; * restabelecimento imediato do acesso à aplicação; * confirmação se existe algum problema ou restrição associada à minha conta. A minha operação está a ser diretamente afetada, pelo que agradeço uma resolução rápida.

03/21/2026: This app could be great if it has better support and prompt response with issues. Waiting for over 5-6 weeks and still don't have any solution for theyr system/technical problems. This app could be good if Harvey and Keterson could be prompt in responding to support questions. We are stuck for days with questions and not knowing how to fix the issues. I was asked to remove my bad and frustration reviews before. This time, I would warn everyone to beware. Give yourself a week to time if you want support or have questions, and are willing to wait until they get back to you. 2/16/26: We scheduled a call with support 5 days in advance and no-showed. No response on the chat.

We highly advise checking on your emails as well as our conversations and replies, and also send over to your emails for continuation. Additionally, please let us know regarding the issue that has not been solved yet. We have been inquiring further regarding reported issues, but as we have not received replies to our questions, we were unable to investigate. Further information regarding these issues would help us greatly in resolving them promptly. Looking forward to your response so we can resolve these issues. Thank you!

Harvey was very helpful during the onboarding process. He was patient, kind and very clear in explaining the process. I truly appreciate the time he has spent working with us, to ensure we feel comfortable as we integrate over to Amazon. Highly recommend!

It worked well for a while, but for the past few days, orders have simply been completely ignored and not imported. We're naturally being penalized by Amazon. Such an obvious error in an app that costs $50 a month. This shouldn't happen.
