This app support really very bad i connect Divyam Gupta and she never help and just provide document and she said go with it DO NOT PAY TO THIS APP

I have been using this app for over a year and I have nothing but great things to say about their customer service. From using their chat/ticket system/google meet meetings they have been very patient and have worked hard on making sure that all of my integrations have been connected. Excited to use their Etsy and Tik tok App to list all of our products!

We paid this company’s staff to help upload our products. Never do this. They take your money and then tell you that your case is “special.” They keep saying they are trying, but that there are many obstacles on Amazon’s side. In reality, nothing gets uploaded. They only send messages saying they are working, but there are no results. They also refuse to refund money for work that was never completed. Do not ask them for help unless you want to lose both your money and your time.

Its a great app but has some major flaws. What it does well: 1. easily create and push listings from Shopify to eBay. 2. Syncs inventory per sale. 3. Imports orders as it should. The bad 1. Templates are a bit of a pain to setup especially if you are working with say apparel with lots of variants. 2. When you set up the templates you have to keep going back and adding more details as you will get errors trying to list to Amazon. 3. Its a bunch of back and forth but once you get it right, it just works perfect The horrible Not sure how i feel about the billing practices. They advertise the ability to add more then one shopify store to Amazon but what they do not telly you is you get billed for ANY AND ALL orders that are FBM on Amazon. This is huge if you have a Amazon market place store that will not be syncing all inventory / orders to your shopify store. On the $19 plan you get 100 total orders then billed like 0.25 for each additional. So if you already have a successful Amazon store that gets 500 orders a month then you are going to be billed more money for those "failed" orders. Its capped at $30 additional on top of the current $19 but seems odd to bill for orders that they software are not linking to the shopify store. Over all, great app if you can get beyond the one major flaw.
