I've only been using the app for a few weeks, but my experience so far has been very good. The support team has been friendly, knowledgeable and quick to respond whenever I’ve needed help. Great experience working with the team on setting up and managing my amazon store. The communication was clear, professional and very responsive throughout the whole process. Any questions or adjustments were handled quickly which made everything run smoothly. They are knowledgeable about the listing, SEO, visibility and backend work that I am unable to do. the team has provided help guidance along the way, Highly recommend their services if your looking for reliable support got your e-commerce store. The app is working well so far - has a cleaner UX than alternatives like Shopify Marketplace Connect and the linkages between Shopify and Amazon seem to be robust. I also had a technical problem that support were able to offer a custom solution to fix, which was appreciated.
