The interface is colourful and well‑crafted, and it’s obvious significant effort went into building it. It simply isn’t suitable for our site’s needs. Still, their fast replies and attentive support made the interaction feel personal and human. Amazon mapping is indeed a complicated process and I believe this is an easy step.

This is the second time I am giving this app review. I posted 1 Star before, but their support team reached out to me on WhatsApp and requested that I remove the review. I removed the 1 Star review out of courtesy. But the app made me do this again. Reason: I am being charged even when I'm not using the app. I am being charged for the past 2 months, even without my permission and without the app.

I'm really enjoying this app. I've been using it to sync amazon orders with my shopify store for a couple years now. The support is always top-notch as well.

This is the second app I use from CedCommerce and they are simply amazing. The app saves us LOTS of time, is reliable with inventory and the customer service is always top notch. They are available for any issues and that makes the difference. We totally love CedCommerce Team!

Raju has been incredibly helpful throughout the process. He was always available, patient, and genuinely happy to assist with anything I needed. What initially felt very confusing became so much easier with his support, and the whole experience has been great so far. Thank you, Raju—I truly appreciate your help. I’m looking forward to completing the setup and having everything run smoothly, and I’ll be happy to share another update once everything is fully up and running.

Screw Amazon, seriously. You now have to shell out an additional €40 per month for a Professional membership just to be able to use this app. I used this app on an Individual plan for months, only for them to suddenly lock me out and demand the upgrade. To make matters even more pathetic: after I left a review, they had an Indian representative harass me on WhatsApp, using a translator to try and manipulate me into changing my feedback. Well, I hope you like the new feedback. It is straight-up extortion to demand €40/month on top of their already ridiculous sales commissions just to use a basic integration app. If the app wasn’t meant for Individual plans, I shouldn't have been able to use this buggy app for months. This has been an absolutely horrible experience. Save yourself the headache and avoid both Amazon and this app at all costs.

Really fast and convenient support, even on the weekend. I had been getting nowhere with a competitor inventory App and gave up in frustration after 3 days. My problem was fixed in 5 minutes to sync my inventory thanks.
