Very weak support. No U.S. hours support. App is riddled with bugs and their team reluctant to jump right in to investigate when you clearly show them the bugs. They constantly try to find temp workarounds even if you insist to "lets catch the bug, document and get it patched". One thing they're always very focused on its their festivals.

I am thoroughly impressed with the level of service provided by the team. Their communication has been exceptional, with prompt responses to all inquiries. Each question I posed was met with clear and comprehensive explanations, which greatly enhanced my understanding of the process. I had a couple of issues syncing some FBM products over from amazon to link with my shopify products and Yogesh came on the chat and helped me every step of the way and did some magic in the backend. 5/5 Stars. Highly recommend!

Support is quick to respond, but then takes hours to “check.” I don't know what they do during that time, but basically they just rephrase and repeat what I asked. I get the impression that this is intentional, so that in combination with the overly complicated user interface, you end up paying their people to take care of everything.

the app is great and the support is really fast and helpful. i am very satisfied. my only issue that you cannot select which orders to import. you need to import all orders that are fbm even if only a fraction of them are going to be synched. this needs to be worked on. but apart from this its a very useful app. it makes dropshipping easier

This was my first time listing on Amazon so wanted to find an app that would integrate with my store so I could sync orders and stock. We hired the CED Commerce team to assist us with migrating and listing our jewelry products on Amazon Australia. I am extremely impressed with the speed, efficiency, and quality of their work.
