very difficult app if you not developer or just small business owner and doing all your self it is imposable list your product without help. But they have great support team ready to help. Thank you

We have been facing continuous errors while updating our products and felt completely stuck. However, Anya Srivastava was an incredible help throughout this process. Raju Sah was wonderful. He was 5 stars! This is already a very complicated process, but he was able to help me understand it so I could get my products on Amazon. The application is 3 stars: I do think there's a lot of room for improvement between the connection of CedCommerce and Amazon though. There's no reason to get failed attributes one-by-one from Amazon, or have to go through this many steps to get a product listed in an automated fashion. I bought into this app thinking it would be simple to upload a product, but that's def not the case. The product owner and development team have a long way to go to make this seamless for the users.

We had some issues with the delay in the subscription update but all got fixed. It is a good app with 24/7 support. It will save you a lot of time. There is some learning to do but support is there if you have any problems, you can just ask. Thank you

Great customer service. They reply promptly. They helped fix one of my issues. The only reason I gave it four stars was because it's a little tricky for me to use, and a lot of error messages which customer service helped me with. I may update to a 5 star later. I just feel the app could be a little more user friendly for beginners. I think once I get the hang of it it, will get easier. But customer service is great!

A lot of learning and not fully automated but it does the job, saves you time and allows bulk updates, provides you with this bridge to amazon and allows you to expand to new shoppers and bigger markets

I appreciate all the help they have given me and most have helped. But I do have to say that they do not listen to me and address the question. It's confusing when you asked "how do I do this (particular task) " and they don't say "you have to do this tab, then that tab, etc." and go on a different subject. If someone in the company would just do a "road map" of the steps it would surely help. (the videos are no help at all). All that said, they have spent a lot of time on chat and I've had 2 Google Meets and I am extremely appreciative. I believe they are a good channel to have.

Working with the new technologies can sometimes be frustrating. Just when you need support, you can quickly get in touch with the support team. They respond quickly and the team members are patient and friendly. The app itself is more convenient than Amazon Seller Central itself. The app and the service is efficient and therefore recommendable.
