The App itself is a very effective tool for growth. Adding the Amazon channel to integrate with Shopify is very useful for any business. My experience of using CedCommerce Amazon Channel so far has been excellent, the support were on-hand when I needed them to help complete the integration and resolve my product listing errors. I was dealt with quickly and respectfully and would recommend any Shopify user to consider using CedCommerce for their own Amazon integration.

Just starting with linking Shopify and Amazon. I got a bit stuck. I first had chat support. This was useful but didn't fully fix my issue. I was then given a meeting and talked through the problem and now should be good to go. I am confident that I can get additional support if needed. 5* so far.

The team over at Cedcommerce has been amazing!! I'm starting to understand the system more and more. They have also been implanting a bunch of updates which makes listing products super quick on Amaozn... at least that has been my experience. I also love the new chat, any question I have are answered quickly, any issue I run into are resolved immediately.

I was having issues learning to use this platform but the customer service rep Mohd. Shadab Khan was extremely helpful and walked me through the process. I am very satisfied with this service!
