very difficult app if you not developer or just small business owner and doing all your self it is imposable list your product without help. But they have great support team ready to help. Thank you

Customer service is a joke. They keep asking questions that don't get you any closer to a resolution. It's supposed to link your products from Shopify to Amazon, but you end up having errors on everything. Today my Amazon order didn't sync at all and thank goodness I still have my Amazon seller notifications or I wouldn't have know at all. When I brought this up all I got was excuses why It didn't sync. If I have to do all the work myself, I don't need them getting in the way. Honestly, I think the good reviews they have posted are fake.

After spending days looking for the best Amazon feed company and spending hours on several different demos for different apps I came across this one and have to say hands down the best service and fastest solution currently in the market. Aanya streamlined the process for me and got several products uploaded into Amazon within a couple mins

it has been a month and a half and still no connection. We paid an additional amount to have 3 product types loaded and they still havent done it.

I am still learning how best to use this app but I cannot fault the support team. They are quick to respond, patient and helpful. Ifat from the support team spent an extended period of time online with me today working through some issues that I had - her communication was excellent and she was incredibly helpful.

Raju and Mannu helped me set up few of my products and whenever i have any problem with anything related to product mapping they always there to help.

I needed help with my listings and Ayushi from support stayed with me until the issue was completely resolved. He was incredibly patient and helpful, I'm very happy with the support.

Their online support is perfect! I spoke to Mannu and he helped me get through everything, step by step. The abilities of the app are literally great, and taking your Shopify store on amazon is a game changer! 100% recommend it!
