Just starting with linking Shopify and Amazon. I got a bit stuck. I first had chat support. This was useful but didn't fully fix my issue. I was then given a meeting and talked through the problem and now should be good to go. I am confident that I can get additional support if needed. 5* so far.

I had some issues with uploading my listing products to amazon. And the help team did a great job helping me undestand the problem. I absolutely recommend the app.

Mannu Singh was so helpful, for the first time I got helped by an agent here and managed to upload a product through the system, it felt like a great achievement. Also helped with explaining how syncing and linking works

The team over at Cedcommerce has been amazing!! I'm starting to understand the system more and more. They have also been implanting a bunch of updates which makes listing products super quick on Amaozn... at least that has been my experience. I also love the new chat, any question I have are answered quickly, any issue I run into are resolved immediately.

I was having issues learning to use this platform but the customer service rep Mohd. Shadab Khan was extremely helpful and walked me through the process. I am very satisfied with this service!

The support I get from the people @CedCommerce is simply amazing! Always takes the extra time to make sure everything is working. In-app chat is also super convenient! Would give more stars if I could
