CedCommerce is a very useful tool that helps me link Amazon with Shopify. I had some issues with the set up initially but the customer services was very helpful and helped me sort it out very quickly and kindly. really appreciated their help. Thank you Mansi!

Great experience, we've been using the CedCommerce Amazon Channel for a few months now, and compared to how difficult Amazon makes integrations this is a breath of fresh air, there's been a few small issues here and there but support always comes through fairly quickly to help resolve those, it's always a pleasure to talk to folks like Ankit which has been an great resource tackling any issues or questions.

Amazing Support. I was trying a competitor's app and they offered no screen sharing support and they tried doing everything through a chat box. I wasted months of subscription with them and once I switched over to CedCommerce they solved all my problems and made everything so much cleared in just 20 mins. Amazing. I am kicking myself for taking so long to switch. Their backend platform is so much more cleared and easier to navigate as well. Highly recommended!!! Also you should have your entire team managed by Mannu Singh. He's your most knowledgeable and best agent. I have spoken with some of them and they aren't all as good. But he's really really clear on how to solve issues. Please have him train your entire team!

Very good - having used Marketplace connect for 12+ months and then making the move because it simply wasn't up to it, CedCommerce is much better. Yes there's still a few bugs but support is excellent - that's a key diff. Marketplace connect just didn't bother replying in the end, so they lost my business and my recommendation. So if you sell on Amazon and want your products to list correctly, I recommend this app.

Great app, and superb customer support. I had more than 10000 errors in the app and I asked for help. Customer support immediately answered me and started to work, they dedicated 3 days to fix them all and in the end, all errors were fixed. Very satisfied with how they are trying to help their customers and how responsive they are. thank you for the app.

My concern is fixed right away, I have previous used Marketplace Connect App, but it was messed up. But when I install Cedcommerce app and I'm happy successfully set-up with an amazing support with Mannu.

Great service! Explained templates - very helpful to upload products in bulk.. Great tool to use.
