It is really good, for a start, probably I will detect more of it's quality once we start using it extensively - this first phase was setting the basic parameters, which was done fast and easy with the good assistance from the CedCommerce support

The chat option was very helpful. The individual was quick and kind and helpful. I am grateful for the help. I even received a PDF and offer for additional assistance if needed.

While it is very complicated, customer service is willing to hop on a Google Meets or similar call and walk you through what is needed if you can't figure things out for yourself.

Syncing Shopify listings to/from Amazon seems to be a challenge regardless of the app used. Apparently, Amazon just isn't a smooth platform to sync with. But, this app has been the easiest to use that I've found and the customer support has been very helpful.

Initially I had trouble uploading products to Amazon, but Customer service was very prompt and offered all help to setup things. I rated 4 star to the app because it is not easy to use, bit intricate. But thanks to helpful customer service , things seem to pickup now. All credit goes to Praveen, who is continuously in touch with me to put things in order again

The team is great and works hard! The app itself could use more customization for sellers to control but when you run into a problem, the support team is pretty reliable.

Category and Template kind of not easy to work on. The main issue is with the Sku number is not visible on the main page to see the sku each product is hard. The quantity also not shows in the front page. If you use the same concept like Amazon front page it will make easier for the user to get the work done faster. Also the inserting image function not available in your app specifically when you aware about the white background issue. Thanks

Marking at 4 stars, because in the transition, we had a few issues getting started. Otherwise, service team is 5-stars for sure! They've been excellent teammates in sorting those issues and answering other questions / confirming accuracy of other changes we made. Excited to work with them going forward!

While we had a rough start with this app and many problems at first the excellent support staff helped us get to where we needed to be and today we are problem-free and the app is working really well
