Mansi with support was extremely helpful with getting my templates working again after Amazon made back end changes that broke them. This listing software is such a time saver. We really couldn't do this without CedCommerce.

Had difficulties uploading - Nupur helped me greatly and talked me through uploading a template step by step, she knew her stuff and helped me every step of the way! Very professional and curtious - very good experience!

CedCommerce's support team is very responsive and able to help with any issues that may arise. The connection between Shopify and Amazon with CedCommerce is pretty seamless and doesn't require a lot of setup, any issues that do arise the customer support team helped with.
