I had an issue with the initial setup, but the support team was absolutely amazing. I was able to setup a meeting that day and time was not a problem for them, they walked me through the whole process (product by product) and in the end I felt great about the whole process. They were very informative and cared about getting my store where it needs to be. Very impressed so far.

I was surprised to get live customer service, immediately, in the middle of the night. Manuu (sp?) was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. He walked me through step-by-step what to do, and helped me upload my first 10 products to Amazon!! I am so pleased with the service I have received thus far. Thank you!

Oct. 19, 2024: Adding to my previous review: Highly Recommoend! Yogesh was great and took all necessary steps to make sure our orders went through when the SKU was mismatched. Thank you for all your help! Easy to use and Great customer support, Highly Recommend! The integration has been seamless and easy to use. After 6 months of using we ran into 1 issue with an order... "API slow to respond" but the response team was extremely quick to reply & resolve the minor issue within minutes allowing the customer to still receive their order on time!

Amazon makes any type of integration fairly painful. I have tried before with other apps like Codisto and it was a disaster. So far these guys have tried super hard to list my large inventory successfully. Just waiting on my first order!
