Great customer service and responsive support. This channel app seems more stable than other Amazon integrations that we've tried in the past. User experience is fairly intuitive. The support team was patient with the onboarding call and the team helped to address sync issues in the background within hours of requesting assistance via email.

Overall the staff member was very friendly and patient which is good. We had lots of issues with my mic and lack of knowledge but he still tried his best to explain what was happening. Will contact again if have issues. make sure you have a decent mic when talking to them or it's really difficult.

very good experience so far, the support is very fast and helpful. The app does its job well. We were able to add 1000+ products to Amazon within minutes. Also the order sync works as it should

They are very helpful through the online chat with any problems that you may have. Great features and they always are listening to feedback that you may have. Update: Absolutely amazing team to work with! They listen to whatever problems you have and take care of it immediately. The online chat is great with it being a live person. New suggestions they take for new features. I have been on a conference call with the whole team from CedCommerce and it's simply a pleasure to work with them.
