I haven't uploaded my products yet, but so far customer service has been SUPER helpful and quickly available to answer all my questions. Looking forward to using this app to sync my Shopify & Amazon Handmade stores.

Wonderful experience with setting up the CedCommerce app. I had a lot of questions as we are new to Amazon Seller Central. It was very easy to request a consultation and the support person was incredibly helpful, walking me through the set up step by step. I have a good understanding of how things work now. Great customer service and responsive support. This channel app seems more stable than other Amazon integrations that we've tried in the past. User experience is fairly intuitive. The support team was patient with the onboarding call and the team helped to address sync issues in the background within hours of requesting assistance via email.
