Wonderful experience with setting up the CedCommerce app. I had a lot of questions as we are new to Amazon Seller Central. It was very easy to request a consultation and the support person was incredibly helpful, walking me through the set up step by step. I have a good understanding of how things work now. Looking forward to getting everything configured and using this app!

Great customer service and responsive support. This channel app seems more stable than other Amazon integrations that we've tried in the past. User experience is fairly intuitive. The support team was patient with the onboarding call and the team helped to address sync issues in the background within hours of requesting assistance via email.

Overall the staff member was very friendly and patient which is good. We had lots of issues with my mic and lack of knowledge but he still tried his best to explain what was happening. Will contact again if have issues. make sure you have a decent mic when talking to them or it's really difficult.

I tried another Amazon Channel app originally and just could not get it to work. Not only is this app better but their tech support is far more superior! And I almost gave up on adding our products to Amazon! Thank you for being so responsive and helpful!
