I have tried several apps to sync and update amazon sales with Shopify. Nothing has been as reliable as Ced. Previously we were using an app that failed to update over 200 orders and almost caused our amazon account to be shut down for late shipments. So far after a month this has been working perfectly, and the support has been excellent. Our first support call was answered live within a minute of my asking a question.

The team has been so resposnsive and supporting right from downloading the app to uplaoding products on amazon, they have just finsihed uplaoding i will be waiting for them to go live now . Really happy with constant help provided to me .

We recommend Ced Commerce for Amazon listings. We used Codisto and were really struggling to manage linking and pricing our products. But with Ced Commerce its all running smooth. Also, you receive one to one customer service support for any info you want on the app. Thank you Ced Team.

I usually go thru 3-5 apps before we find the one that is the best. This is my first download with Amazon and we won't look further. The app is great syncs and does everything it's supposed to do smoothly. The customer service and support is so good. One of the best. They are there instantaneously and have always taken care of us.

We are an online store that uses a 3PL and Facebook ads to run our business. There was recently a product which became unprofitable for us using facebook ads and we were sitting on a huge inventory of it. This app allowed us to seamlessly integrate the product on the Amazon platform while also allowing us to self-ship. so Amazon has been added to our sales channel. We was able to set it up and get it to run in a couple of days (with the help of their very patient customer service representative). The best part of using this app is the seamless integration. There are no changes in the backend. We don't have to separately keep inventory for amazon. The amazon orders will be processed like normal Shopify orders. I am. We are glad to have found this app when we needed it the most. The pricing stucture is also agreeable.

This app populates my shopify orders with sales from Amazon and as a dropshipping company I can input the shipping/tracking ID in Shopify and CED populates the Amazon sale automatically. Would be nice if they also populated the Shopify order ID in the Amazon Seller Order ID, but for now, the app really helps us keep track of our orders and fulfillment completion

Excellent app and customer service. There are very few apps that provide 24/7 customer service. I had a minor issue and they resolved it within minutes. I have tried other amazon integration apps before but this is the best one.

Months later, we are still very happy. The newest version is fantastic and the ability to get our products on Amazon quickly has really helped grow sales. The support is amazing! We've tried 2 or 3 apps since Shopify discontinued their Amazon Sales Channel and they've been terrible. Amazon by CedCommerce is a LIFE-SAVER if you sell on Amazon.
