I just downloaded this app after having a bad experience with another app on the store, 5 minutes later I had questions and the customer service was just amazing, helped in a few minutes, the interface looks easy to use, I can't wait to upload more products this way to Amazon. Thank you!

We are an online store that uses a 3PL and Facebook ads to run our business. There was recently a product which became unprofitable for us using facebook ads and we were sitting on a huge inventory of it. This app allowed us to seamlessly integrate the product on the Amazon platform while also allowing us to self-ship. so Amazon has been added to our sales channel. We was able to set it up and get it to run in a couple of days (with the help of their very patient customer service representative). The best part of using this app is the seamless integration. There are no changes in the backend. We don't have to separately keep inventory for amazon. The amazon orders will be processed like normal Shopify orders. I am. We are glad to have found this app when we needed it the most. The pricing stucture is also agreeable.

Excellent app and customer service. There are very few apps that provide 24/7 customer service. I had a minor issue and they resolved it within minutes. I have tried other amazon integration apps before but this is the best one.

Months later, we are still very happy. The newest version is fantastic and the ability to get our products on Amazon quickly has really helped grow sales. The support is amazing! We've tried 2 or 3 apps since Shopify discontinued their Amazon Sales Channel and they've been terrible. Amazon by CedCommerce is a LIFE-SAVER if you sell on Amazon. With this management, without managing the listings from Shopify, you can manage & update the product's information from the App. You need to off the syncing of the particular field from the configuration section of the App that will disable the syncing from Shopify to the App and then, after from the App, update the products' information. After making the changes, you can upload the products on Amazon. I had an issue with an amazon order not downloading into shopify. I asked for help first in chat and then switched to WhatsApp. The issue was resolved very quickly, the order came into my store and it was filled immediately. I had this also happen once with Walmart Marketplace. Again, everyone in customer service was extremely helpful. I can not say enough about how they have guided and helped me. Works very well to map orders to and from Amazon. Major time saver! I like how it scans your Amazon listings once a day and maps them to the Shopify listings automatically.

I had some challenges setting up the app but support was very responsive. They seemed to have someone available 24/7 and even met with on Google meet to work through the set-up. I haven't used it much yet but it seems like it will be easy to use now that the template is set up.

For the new sellers, Amazon or can say all marketplace required too many settings so that the buyer & seller both do not face any trouble while buying & selling.
