What I like most about this app is the quick support that is provided by the team at CedCommerce. If I run into any issues they are on top of it within minutes. It works much better than the alternative Amazon app, and inventory is automatically synced.

A very good app, can't even compare with the previous one, you can very easily and quickly add everything that Amazon allows, but if something doesn't work out or you don't know, then the guys who work here help instantly, and they can fix everything very quickly, very recommend this app. A big thank you separately for the guys who I work with.

Switched over from the Amazon sales channel app to this. The first-time setup was a little difficult for me, but your support team was very helpful. I also use other CedCommerce apps like Walmart and Etsy, and I can't be happy more. Highly recommended!

I have been using CedCommerce's app on my Etsy store so I decided to give their Amazon app a try and it did not disappoint! I had some challenges getting it to work at first but their support was so helpful in getting things running. I really appreciate the time they take to assist their clients and how their app makes it easy to manage your product.

We have used the CED Commerce Walmart App for sometime now so adding the Amazon App from CED was a no brainer. The customer support we received from them in the past and now installing the Amazon App Channel is outstanding. They actually do work with you on problems and help in getting you up and running. Anytime you add a new Channel on Shopify you probably will run into a snag or question. The one reason we chose them over other Amazon/Shopify apps was we new the customer service help was there when we needed it. Everyone on Shopify now using Amazon Channel needs to choose a new channel source soon. Highly recommend this one.

I think this app is very good... We had a couple hiccups in the beginning but we got through them. I think their support is fantastic. Support, Inventory, App Support, AI and Order Synching is excellent and I'm very pleased!

There is no way I can express my emotions. It is just perfect, regardless of this apps is new and just coming out. Yes, you may find there are some little bugs and errors, or you may be not know how to use it. Don't worry, onboarding is always difficult. Their customer support and their developer team is very helpful, they will catch all your demand and your issue very seriously and fix it. Now my integration works very smooth! My inventory is now is 100% synced with my amazon, saved my ass time! I've tried other amazon integration, the price is really reasonable. By the way, their ebay integration, walmart integration also works perfect for me. My inventory across the platforms are perfectly perfect! Give it a try, why not?
