Dear Tradition Nature, The Team works very diligently, and it will provide us with great encouragement to keep doing what we are doing. As Amazon is a big marketplace and for beginners, it is essential to have the proper information. When you get connected with us, being an integration provider, it is our responsibility to assist you with all the possible ways. The app import all/selected products from Shopify to the Amazon integration app then after preparing the listing as per Amazon marketplace' guidelines, through the app, you can easily upload the products on Amazon. Once you list all products on the Amazon marketplace, the automatic syncing for inventory run parallel from Shopify to the Amazon marketplace. When you start getting orders, the app automatically fetches & creates those orders into your Shopify store also sends the shipment information from Shopify to the Amazon marketplace. You don't need to be worried to check orders every time; you get the notifications on time, The Template section reduces all your manual work. To guide & assist you, we assigned a dedicated account manager who helps you on each step, the account manager is always available with the Team on online chat, email, call, WhatsApp, Skype, G-meet, Zoom or whatever you prefer for the communication. Amazon by CedCommerece is a great app that allows us to sell our products on Amazon. Ankit with customer service was great and worked tirelessly to fix a couple of issues that were limiting our products.

It was a little confusing at first but customer service has been really helpful throughout my set up process which was very important to me. I also use their eBay integration app as and I am happy that I switched from the old Amazon integration app that I was using to Amazon by CedCommerce. If all continues to go well I will be continuing with the paid version.

Let me start by saying that Animesh from the Amazon by CedCommerce team has gone above and beyond to support our onboarding with this app to our Shopify Plus marketplace. We have multiple businesses with a large catalog of items that required custom templates for us to be able to launch our products when we wanted and how we wanted, and Animesh has taken the time to walk us through the intricacies of Amazon, their app and he has proactively continued our communication and follow up via multiple mediums. I've been using the app since they rolled it out and I've had great results. I'm approving orders from my phone all day and they're being routed to my fulfillment team right away. What I like most is the support I've received since using the app. They respond within minutes of my requests and they've always followed up on them quickly. All in all, I'd say they've done an excellent job with this integration. I'd recommend using it.

I was using another app and there technical support went from good to bad. The folks at CED Commerce have been trying very hard to explain the new Amazon app and have made every effort to guide me through product templates. When you need help, Chat is open most always.

I'm currently using the app. Extremely useful, automating the orders and the tracking info between Shopify and Amazon (we used to do this manually, now everything is automated). User friendly interface, it has all features to be relieved from some daily manual actions. Customer service is extremely helpful and reactive (a few hours to fix a problem, available on WhatsApp and Skype, professionals). I highly recommend this app
