I've tried a few and been frustrated to say the least. THIS format is not only easy to understand and use, but customer service is so fast to respond if you do need help. I've greatly appreciated being able to easily make changes and see it working! yay!

What Can i say? I do not havr anything negative to say regarding this app. It is excellent. The support team ! Oh my God, i have never seen a support team so knowleadgeable , supportive and patient. I was having some problems with the app, they were very patient with me . They help me resolved the problem. Thank you so much for everything. You are the best.

Great app to sync Amazon orders to Shopify. Support has been amazing as well. Very helpful to get things working.

If you have any problems with this app - their customer support never gives up until they resolve it. I don't think I've had a company that does so much for their customers. My shop is running smoothly with this app!

This is a very powerful & sophisticated app - can do most anything that you need. If you have any problems setting up - Customer Support Chat - is extremely helpful and effective. I worked through a problem with them on a Saturday - and was VERY, VERY impressed. - Thank you

Had issues with uploading products on amazon. I contacted their live chat and was really amazed as they responded right away. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Was able to help me resolve my issue right away. Thumbs Up!!!

What I like most about this app is the quick support that is provided by the team at CedCommerce. If I run into any issues they are on top of it within minutes. It works much better than the alternative Amazon app, and inventory is automatically synced.

A very good app, can't even compare with the previous one, you can very easily and quickly add everything that Amazon allows, but if something doesn't work out or you don't know, then the guys who work here help instantly, and they can fix everything very quickly, very recommend this app. A big thank you separately for the guys who I work with.

This is a worthy replacement to the previous Amazon Channel management app by Shopify. There was just a learning curve at first, but CedCommerce's team has been very helpful on assisting me live. All apps do have a learning curve one way or another, but what's important is the support so that you can seamlessly integrated it with your workflow. Five-starts! Good job team!

Switched over from the Amazon sales channel app to this. The first-time setup was a little difficult for me, but your support team was very helpful. I also use other CedCommerce apps like Walmart and Etsy, and I can't be happy more. Highly recommended!

I have been using CedCommerce's app on my Etsy store so I decided to give their Amazon app a try and it did not disappoint! I had some challenges getting it to work at first but their support was so helpful in getting things running. The team is really awesome they helped me and Praveen is great to work with, he's very helpful with solutions in my Amazon by Cedcommerce app. He has helped to fix issues with upload the products and has corrected all issues. The app is very fine in inventory syncing and orders importing. The works smoothly in all processes and I highly recommend using in all products.

We have used the CED Commerce Walmart App for sometime now so adding the Amazon App from CED was a no brainer. The customer support we received from them in the past and now installing the Amazon App Channel is outstanding. They actually do work with you on problems and help in getting you up and running. Anytime you add a new Channel on Shopify you probably will run into a snag or question. The one reason we chose them over other Amazon/Shopify apps was we new the customer service help was there when we needed it. Everyone on Shopify now using Amazon Channel needs to choose a new channel source soon. Highly recommend this one.

I think this app is very good... We had a couple hiccups in the beginning but we got through them. I think their support is fantastic. Support, Inventory, App Support, AI and Order Synching is excellent and I'm very pleased!
