I used this app to help me sync Amazon inventory and orders to my Shopify store. The process is very easy (basically automatic) as long as SKUs are the same on both marketplaces. If your SKUs are different then it is still possible to sync your inventory, although the process requires an extra step within the app. The app also has a lot of other useful features which I have not used yet. I will update this review after gaining more experience with the other features. Customer support from the developers has been top-notch! They are more than willing to hop on a call and provide support and make customizations to the app if needed. I have been speaking to my rep, Abhi and I am very happy with the willingness to help from everyone on the CedCommerce team. I am very impressed with this integration with Amazon and also look forward to using the Walmart integration later this year.

I just installed the app on my Shopify store. It is pretty simple to work with and they offer a great support. I will give it a try for few month and I will get back with a feedback.

Category and Template kind of not easy to work on. The main issue is with the Sku number is not visible on the main page to see the sku each product is hard. The quantity also not shows in the front page. If you use the same concept like Amazon front page it will make easier for the user to get the work done faster. Also the inserting image function not available in your app specifically when you aware about the white background issue. Thanks

Just installed the App to sync our Amazon India Store and our Shopify Account... yet to test all features... there were some connectivity issues, but the support was excellent and they helped ensure all works well... will start using and provide further feedback.

If any seller is unique for the Amazon marketplace, then we assign a team with a dedicated account manager who helps to set up the Amazon account with Amazon marketplace even if requires teamwork on the product listings. For the new sellers, Amazon or can say all marketplace required too many settings & policies so that the buyer & seller both do not face any trouble while buying & selling. If the products are already listed on Amazon, then they can be managed easily through the Amazon integration app also new products can be uploaded in bulk. We have been using the CedCommerce Etsy app and have been really happy with it, as soon as I saw the amazon one, we jumped on it. Great service, quick and hopefully we'll be on amazon soon selling lots!!

Very useful app and it does what it is supposed to do. I've also worked with the support team to resolve a couple of issues I had and they were very responsive and worked quickly to get my issues resolved.

My experience out of the gate with this app was horrible. I gave it one star and was going to delete it and go back to my old one. I wrote a review telling how bad my experience was. Massive amounts of old orders brought in and nothing would link or work. Since nothing would link right no orders came in or they came in with the wrong item on them. It was dong better but It is so slow to sync my quantities I got dinged on amazon because I had to cancel a order that I had no product for. If this app synced faster than it does that wouldn't have happened. I'm trying to like it but when it's costing me my metrics it's hard to.

The level of support is genuinely better than any other company I have worked with. Everytime I have a question or a bespoke request for our needs, they respond instantly and solve the request very quickly. We are currently connecting our shopify stores to our SAP B1 databases, which needs specific elements mapping from orders and to products correctly. CED have done everything we have asked and the testing has been successful. A far better experience than dealing with Amazon themselves. We have been using the eBay app by CED for over 2 years aswell and it has been a joy to use when managing pricing and inventory.
