This app has been very useful for managing our Amazon listings more efficiently. The interface makes it easy to track listing status, check for errors, and update products without confusion. What really stands out is the customer support. The team responds quickly, explains things clearly, and guides you step by step when needed. They helped us sort out a barcode exemption issue and made the whole process much easier. If you're selling on Amazon and want a smoother way to manage your catalog, this app is definitely worth using.

Was having some difficulty with uploading listings due to lack of knowledge around attributes. The team were really helpful both over live chat and were more than happy to jump on a Google Meet to run through how to get our products live on Amazon as quickly as possible and offered continuous support with getting our Amazon good to go

Raju Sah was exceptionally helpful. I initially purchased LitCommerce but soon discovered its major limitation—it couldn’t automatically send essential order fulfilment data to Amazon, such as shipping provider, dispatch date, time, and tracking number. Without this functionality, every order required 100% manual input, which completely defeated the purpose of using an automation tool. After some research, I found that CEDCommerce offered the full automation I was looking for. I first hired a freelancer to set it up, but unfortunately, he made several errors. I then contacted CEDCommerce directly, and Raju stepped in to help. He quickly fixed everything, showed genuine interest, was highly proactive, and provided consistent follow-up throughout and after the setup process. Highly recommended — excellent support and a truly professional team!

With difficulty navigating the Amazon listing world, the CedCommerce app is a bridge to help carry information from Shopify to Amazon listing - checking all the compliance rule boxes required, and syncing of product details and inventory so as to reduce a lot of the manual work that would be required. Our dedicated Account Manager Divyam is the perfect guide whilst we navigate and understand Amazon listings, and is always so quick to respond to my queries, and answers them perfectly. We are looking to have CedCommerce support our Ads Management, optimisation & A+ content on listings which is a great service to have for our small business.
