Disaster app, after installing this it created a dupliacte sales channel on my admin and messed up up my entire home page . still not able to recover from it . i am so distressed. Shopify has clearly emailed me that amazon by codistco has messed up by creating dupliacte channel and we cant support them entirely on shopify store. very upset with amazon codisto . Now codisto team is emailing me telling to do things in complicated way . fed up why did i install this app ?

Not great at all. This app automatically canceled on us two separate times, this after I had confirmed our plan with a support specialist. Be very careful, as this caused us major complications fulfilling dozens of orders on Amazon due to lack of notification of cancellation and therefore a disconnect between Shopify and Amazon. I very much wish the old Amazon app still existed, or there was another app as another option. Not impressed and now cleaning up customer service issues again due to this company.

Absolute rip off. No way to track how many orders have been processed in each billing cycle so then at the end BOOM 1% fees on top of the plan. We suffered through this app to get past holiday season but no way I would ever continue with this app under the current billing platform they use now.

This is the worst app Shopify could give to replace their app, first it is not easy to understand and hard to work with if you are doing POD with a lot of listings and Skus. Second, for the past month, I am trying to delete some lists on Amazon ( that are non-active on Codisto and I don’t have them on Shopify products) one of the lists was active on Amazon and the rest were suppressed or out of stock on Amazon, but I could not do it, the lists kept coming back to the Amazon dash and the active list that I wanted to delete came back with 1 day processing time ( it was 14 days) which I didn't knew. Making a long story short, I thought I had a bug on Amazon, I kept going back and forth with Amazon until someone from the tech came back with an answer saying that some third party app I have connected is pulling these products back to my the Amazon seller. So, I contacted Codisto, as they are the only app I have with AMAZON, they said it can't be them, since these lists are not active in their app ( although I could see them on the app and yes as nonactive, but once a list is nonactive on Codisto, you can't delete it from codisto even if its not on Shopify anymore) So I contacted Amazon again, they insist it is a third-party app that has access to my listings but could not give me a name due to regulation. So after trying for a month to delete listings on Amazon and after having sales on products I don't sell anymore and I thought I deleted but Codisto brought them back, I decided today to delete Codisto and remove the permission from Amazon, and guess what happened a minute later when I tried to delete these lists again on Amazon? finally, after a month of not knowing, all the lists got deleted in no time. So it was Codisto after all and despite what they said on support. This issue almost costs me my account on Amazon, as I had sales on the product that I don't sale and could not process in one day!! I want Shopify app back

The worst update in terms of functionality and pricing. Before, you were able to pull up your amazon orders without linking your products do to different niches on your website and amazon now this is the answer I received from the live chat: If you are trying to link an amazon listing to Shopify, there must be an existing shopify product first. You would need to create a shopify listing then you can link that shopify product to the existing amazon listing via Codisto If it does not exist in Shopify, it will not show up in Codisto as well. What a crap

This app is just not good if you sell apparel. It creates more problems than it solved for us. And the support could not figure it out either. They still have a lot of fixing to do to get this app to where it needs to be.

My original Shopify / Amazon connection worked fine before I was forced switched to this app (as an alternative, like the rest of my Shopify store owner peers). This system is so complicated [keep in mind, I am a web designer / programmer, so it should be fairly easy for me to learn any system]. This app doesn't even list the products that were already connected to Amazon from the previous system. Then when I actually fill out the cumbersome product listing details, it shows that it is "Publishing"... then when I give it 24 hours, not even ONE of my products is linked to the Amazon store. #Frustrating #Uninstalled #StillLookingForARealAlternative

The old Amazon app worked completely fine and was perfect. Codisto has made it extremely difficult to post my listings to Amazon. It’s very confusing and frustrating. I just get a bunch of errors when trying to publish my listing. Takes all day just to try to publish one. I don’t know what else to say but it’s horrible.

Switched to this app as the Shopify free app no longer was supported. While linking my products, the app imported over 100 of my already fulfilled Amazon orders. Since they fed as fulfilled there was no way for me to cancel. I had to manually adjust the inventory on dozens of products. The set up is not clear based on the options you chose that old orders will get imported to Shopify- BEWARE!

disaster - 6 weeks no solutions for listing issues of parent items and all the variations, followed all their instructions, customer service NON existent, failed to fix any issues and after 6 weeks sent me a confirmation that my listings are back to individual listings instead of variations under one parent - meaning whoever is handling the issue has no clue what they are doing, they dont follow up, dont respond and avoid giving their CEO contact info, 6 weeks and still my listings are NOT working as their app advertises, after following all their instructions, they keep blaming Amazon and never take responsibility - lets see how much longer we have to wait, lose sales and receive ZERO communication from the so called Amazon App recommended by Shopify

My Amazon by Codisto Amazon Listing Status Manage Listings Shopify Products synchronized with Amazon Listings Active 15 products Ready to List 0 products Missing 1174 products Errored 133 products Everything worked BEFORE the switch. Now... not so much. Would highly not recommend. There's no alternative app to chose from.

** Update #4 ** Promises are never kept and not updated in a timely manner. I was told we would have access to a beta test module for location restriction on items and that it would be available at the end of the following week. Followed up and they now say it will be more weeks! We are going elsewhere. They lose my $59 a month. ** Edit Update #3** Every month there is a billing problem. They report that we are over our plan limit and are not. Got it again this month. Really tired of having to have this fixed EVERY MONTH. Ready to cancel. ** Edit Update #2** Nikki fixed the billing problem. Shouldn't have happened and with other issues, I have limited patience now with this app. And that's unfortunate, because in theory it works great. If it didn't lump all inventory across all locations per SKU, it might even get 5 stars. We are walking a fine line between loving it and being ready to replace it. Once we open a store in a different city without shipping capabilities, this will be unusable. Unfortunate. But at least back to 2 stars again. **************************************** **Edit update** We keep getting the run around on locations working properly. Have some people from Codisto saying it is imminent. One saying it's not priority. Feel like I am being strung along. NOW, we got a notice saying we have exceeded our plan (Growth for 500 orders) and we've only had 122 orders during the month. Looking for another app, because this is just ridiculous. Very, very disappointed. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ We really like the use of this App. It is much easier to use than the eBay integration we have. However, their lack of being able to limit which locations the inventory can access from Amazon is going to make this app unusable for us. They just lump all the inventory from all your locations into one total for your Amazon inventory total. You can buffer the total quantity but this doesn't matter when one of the locations does not have shipping capabilities. So either it's necessary to overbuffer or you lose out on potential Amazon sales. Very frustrating and told this is not a priority. Looking for another integration app, despite the fact it works well otherwise. Very disappointing. **Edit update**

**Beware! Serious flaw for anyone that uses Shopify Capital*** This app does not report sales from Amazon as sales for the purpose of remitting Shopify Captial loans. If a significant portion of sales comes from Amazon, you will lose your ability to automatically remit and possibly lose your eligibility for future Shopify Captial loans. That's not to mention that the app pushes pending sales to Shopify with no customer info or shipping address. It will never update these. There are many other flaws, and worst of all you have to pay for these problems. Stay away! The old Amazon app was free and worked flawlessly. This app is hot garbage.

The previous amazon sales channel worked perfectly fine for usand was FREE. There are absolutely no additional features with Codisto that benefit my business whatsoever. I have had difficulties syncing orders and only 80% of my order fulfillment fed back into Amazon so I am having to go in and manually mark them all as shipped, so in additional to having to pay a fee it doesn't work well and wastes my time. As a small business with razor thin margins to begin with, being forced to use this app is one more nail in our coffin.

The previous Amazon app worked perfectly fine and was simple to use. Upon installing this app, I now have to go into the app, and select Amazon orders from a list that must be "transferred" into my Shopify account. A smart app would simply move my new orders automatically into my Order List without requiring extra work on my part. Furthermore, as someone who gets up to 9000 sales during our peak sales period, I hate the fees. The previous app was FREE and simple to use. The Amazon app by Codisto is not worth the money by any means. You've created more work for me AND you want me to pay you on top of that? You've gotta be kidding. Guaranteed Shopify gets a cut of the Codista fees, and that's why they're forcing it down our throats. EDIT: It's 11:39 PM and Codisto just called cause they thought calling someone close to midnight is a great time to talk. Holyyyyyyy. Sept 29 Update: Codisto decided to email me this morning and tried to justify calling me at 11:39 PM. In the words of the representative, "We reached out to you directly (time irrelevant) as you were clearly working online and thought you would appreciate an immediate response to fix your orders ". Yeah, we'll ring you and wake up your newborn because making sure you buy our app is of absolute importance! Horrible.

I used the standard amazon app since 3 years to sync orders from amazon seller central to teelaunch Print on demand fulfillment and it worked fine. Since i was FORCED to use the codisto app nothing works. All 1800 of my listings are unable to link. The support of codisto was really willing to help me but the app itself do not work as it should. Definitelly not recommended and now i am forced to move all print on demand products to printful without shopify and any apps. At least its a less complicated solution and probably the right way.

Transferring to this app is an entire headache. I already knew it would be after reading the reviews. The instructions are misleading and confusing. The "support" team, do not understand or read the questions/concerns and confuse you even further. After hours of troubleshooting, I get an order and the sales tax does not show up in Shopify, but shows up in Amazon. Also, my admin mysteriously stop loading...when I asked about this, they told me I needed to delete my browsing data,, cache etc..interesting timing. This app is also expensive..sheesh. Lastly, you would think since we are forced to transition, that they would make it seamless....nope....and are we really surprised? Nothing is ever easy over here.

Thanks for the feedback. We have implemented a new process in Settings, giving you the option to import Sales tax to Shopify Orders. The confusion lies with the native Shopify app not handling the marketplace facilitated tax correctly. This is a new requirement from Amazon, whereby they withhold sales tax on your behalf. If we by default transmit sales tax to your store when Amazon is withholding it, you may remit tax twice. The options are: We can set things up to honour what Amazon says about sales tax (the default) We can switch to handling tax as if it was a sale on your checkout (use Shopify tax rules) This is a common question and our support staff are well trained on it. Very Expensive Fees. Not impressed. So shopify takes fees, then This company takes more fees, then Amazon takes even more fees on top. There is very little left over for the business. Not recommended

Shopify takes fees, Amazon takes fees, then we take a fee, agreed but we are independent from Shopify and as a small business ourselves we need to charge necessary fees to continue to grow.
