Very Disappointed. The app didn't create a fulfillment service selection for my product so I had to uninstal > reinstall to correct the issue. Upon trying to reinstall I received a 500 error that Shopify was unable to resolve. There is not support for the product and documentation is vague. Now I'll have to dispute charges with credit card company. Just a headache all around. I've spend days trying to resolve the issue without a peep from Shpir.

We’d like to clarify that Shipr does not create a fulfillment service on your Shopify store, nor is this stated anywhere in our documentation. Instead, Shipr uses the inventory location configured within the app and assigns it as the default location for order fulfillment—no additional fulfillment service setup is required. We were a bit disappointed that we didn’t get a chance to assist you before the review was posted. I really would like to like this app, but I still need to give it low rating. The functions are in general totally sufficient für most stores, who want to use MCF. But the biggest downside is, it constantly has issues. I am running this app for about 1 month, and I wrote probably 10 tickets already. Mysteriously the app suddenly stops doing automatic orders without any reason, then sometimes the order is processed but the tracking link is not updated. Everything is connected properly and there is stock available, ist just happens so regularily that for a serious business this service is not reliable enough. Then our valued customers are complaining on our side, that they did not get their package on time or they did not get their tracking link, etc. we suffer and have more workload in the end, because of fail functions of this app. I decided to use this app because the price was lower compared to the more well known apps, but sadly it does not help when it does not deliver what it should. They need to improve this issues very urgently, I am sure I am not the only customer, who experiences the same issues.

The inventory quantities are now reflected accurately, which has made our work much more efficient. The support is also prompt and reliable. Although the system is occasionally offline, any questions or issues sent by email are quickly resolved. The UI is also very simple and easy to use. I plan to continue using this app going forward.

Shipr makes syncing Shopify with Amazon FBA/MCF simple and reliable. Orders and tracking update seamlessly, inventory stays accurate, and the app is flexible with auto or manual fulfillment. Best of all, their support team is fantastic—quick, helpful, and always ready to solve any issue!

This graphical user interface is designed to be very intuitive and easy to use, making operations simple and fast. The customer support team's response speed is impressive; they always quickly resolve my queries and issues. The setup process of this system is the most concise and logical I have ever encountered, greatly simplifying my workflow. This team is fantastic; their products are highly professional and provide us with great assistance. Additionally, their after-sales service is excellent, making them a very professional team.

Easy GUI Fast with customer support The easiest and logical setup that I have seen so far ;) I requested that the fulfillent shoud be done on "fulfilment order" level and not on "order" level and they are working on it. Currenly no app supports this and this would be an absolute game changer in terms of automation for any seller that has multiple shopify warehouses and uses FBA MCF as one of them!

Using the app for 5-6 months now and it constantly doesn't work. 1. Now, it doesn't sync ANY ORDERS for the last 3 days. 2. On the top of this, it does NOT add any tracking number upon fulfilment. 3. Constantly loading slowly or not loading at all. 4. Support is useless 5. Does not sync the right quantities when upsell or post purchase app is active. If you use that app you risk loosing your customers, having more refunds and chargebacks for not fulfilled or not added tracking numbers..
While we appreciate your honest review, we feel sad that you did not have a perfect experience with our app. Your critique is valid - we did have a bug with the sync service which prevented the syncing of products. Have been using this app for almost 2 years. Basically no big problems. It can satisfied my needs. Recently I sent a suggestion to them, they added the function as I suggested in 2 days. This is what I did not expect, a big suprise. Thanks.

I have been using this app since December. This app used to be great until recently. Now, this app is buggy. The Fulfillment location is not correct. And sometimes the order never changes from unfulfilled. Customers are asking where the tracking number is. Hopefully the support team can fix it, otherwise I will have to change to a different app.

Customer service is unbeatable. This is the only app I've found that can map skus so I can have one product in shopify for both FBM and FBA.
