It's a free and easy way to connect Amazon fulfilment to your shopify store. Once setup, all your orders will be fulfilled by Amazon so you don't need to touch anything, this is a big deal for a startup who should not be wasting time on fulfilling, they should be wasting time on growing sales. Note: You must set up an Amazon Sellers Central account and then ship your items to Amazon where you can both sell on Amazon (increased sales for you) and use their fulfillment.

The App works. But the shipping speed is not ideal while the inventory is relatively low.

App works good for automating order fulfillment. Support is pretty swift in case you have any issues. If you need more flexibility and customization, you'll need a paid app for that

It is easy to connect and the added features of being able to cancel orders from shopify and track multiple packages is GREAT, making this product superior to the competitors. I would recommend this app to anyone who uses Amazon Fulfillment, hands down the easiest to use. You will not be disappointed. We used MCF in the past and were devastated when it was discontinued and had to rely on third party apps. After working with three different companies (one headache after another) none of which were able to seamlessly connect my two accounts and have product sync and be delivered without checking and updating orders daily. We were so thrilled that Amazon MCF is up and running again on Shopify!

We've used a few different MCF apps in the past and this one has been the best - it's super simple and it's the cheapest. It doesn't have a ton of features but we realized we can customize things as much as we want to by using Shopify Flow. So we have some relatively complex order routing in place and it all works very well. It gives us a ton of flexibility.

The new updated Amazon MCF App works great, if you sell on Amazon FBA and Shopify having the flexibility to fulfill shopify orders with local inventory or Amazon FBA inventory is amazing. If you run out of stock locally simply just change the fulfillment location of the ordered items and boom send the order to Amazon FBA, works great! MCF has been great. My Shopify orders are forwarded to Amazon for efficient fulfillment. I have no problems of complaints. It's made fulfillment easier and less expensive for my business.

It works well for managing MCF orders for us but it is missing a huge feature; you cannot map a Shopify SKU with an Amazon Bundle. If we were able to map our Shopify SKUs to Amazon Bundles this would be the ideal solution for our needs. Until then, we need to handle those orders manually or pay for an expensive alternative to handle this logic.

Amazon virtual bundles is currently not supported by the MCF app, however there are alternative apps that allow you to map your Shopify bundle to multiple Amazon SKUs. It mostly works, but doesn't send the "out for delivery" email or the "delivered" email that it should. Also it doesn't flag the Shopify orders with the Amazon order ID, so if you're looking at the Shopify order, there's no way to just click over and see the Amazon order.
Hi TruePrimal, thank you for your review. We want to inform you that Shopify orders can be easily located in SellerCentral using the search bar by entering "Shopify #[Order Number]". We heard your feedback and are working to implement your proposed solution as well. For delivery notifications, Shopify is able to send order shipped notifications for all MCF orders. For orders we ship using USPS and UPS, Shopify can also send the shipment update emails, and we are working with Shopify to extend this to orders shipped via Amazon Logistics as well. We have very simple use cases for this app, and it works very well. It has helped us to automate which orders get sent to MCF versus our other 3PL. We had some initial challenges with Onboarding, but a very quick call with the MCF support team, and we were off and running in a matter of minutes.

The inventory qty is not syncing and updated, it's showing inventory even though it OOS, I have to cancel orders

inventory count is not synching????!!!! please fix it asap!!! everyone did the switch and the fact that inventory count is not synching is a big problem after the switch!!!

So far...pretty flawless!! -Can see that orders are accepted/rejected MUCH faster -It "appears" that orders are shipped faster by Amazon- as the early metrics suggest I have been using the native Shopify MCF connection for about 4 years. Did the job pretty well with no major problems - and was FREE. Was about to migrate to a PAID MCF app, when I heard the Amazon was publishing an MCF- Shopify app. After using this for quite a few orders, everything is working very well - and again it is a FREE app. One bonus is that when a single order is split into different shipments, this app NOW handles seperate tracking numbers in the same order. That means the customer is updated in knowing the different tracking numbers. Thus, support queries received about "where's the rest of my stuff" are pretty much eliminated. Keep this app working flawlessly, and make improvements pls.

Does not Allow to have multiple shopify accounts connected, you can only use one. the old method allows you to create fulfillment to multiple accounts.

Have it installed for about 1 week. So far no issues at all. Clean and simple. Make sure you review your inputs and double check your shipping parameters.

Well, it's been working again as long as it wasn't syncing inventory or pushing orders through so that's good. Unfortunately getting the attention needed to fix our issues after two weeks of not-useful tech support exchanges took a one-star review. Not the best takeaway but at least now we know how to get on the devs' radar. So still promising and easy to integrate but use caution until all of the bugs are ironed out. In the meantime, if you do install keep a close eye on things to make sure orders are actually getting pushed to FBM and you aren't over-selling out of-of-inventory SKUs.

I have been using the app for about 2 months in order to have all of my Shopify orders fulfilled by Amazon. The connection of SKUs was simple and once connected, it seems to be robust. I am in contact with direct Amazon support for technical issues and they are working on fixing any issues I come across, which seem to be minor. I give it 4 stars at the moment mainly due to the customer support for logistics issues when an order arrives late or never shows up or other issues related to getting the product to the customer. When we come across these issues and have to contact Amazon support for refunds, it is way too much back and forth with overseas support when it should be much more streamlined if issues need to be resolved. If a customer states that an item never arrived, we should be able to get a full refund for the cost of the product and the associated fees for MCF, or Amazon should send out a replacement to the customer at no charge and refund us the cost of the product. This should not take a dozen back and forth emails to do so. Also, if a customer pays for expedited shipping but arrives a week late and the customer wants a refund for their shipping, it should be easier for us to request a refund from Amazon as we do not want to eat the cost due to Amazons fault. I hope that they provide better support for MCF customers soon.

With MCF we leverage our nationwide inventory at Amazon's fulfillment centers so customers get their orders delivered faster. MCF saves us time and money by automatically sending our Shopify orders, and means that orders are always fulfilled whether or not we're in the office.
