I have been using this app in one of my Shopify stores for a few years now. I finally made the switch to my main store because my conversions have been amazing with this app. The customer service is exceptional! Helped me along the whole way setting up!

App works great. But their new billing is not worth it. They charged us based on the amount of contacts we have in our database, not sales recovered. So we got charged based on sales we had years ago and still have the contact information in our database. This app has nothing to do with those sales and it is not worth it.

Amazing app. Tons of features and amazing customer uspport. Very kind and helpful. I faced an issue with billing and it was resolved in a couple of hours. Great work guys!

Great App, and the customer service was on point! Jason was super helpful and made customer service process simple and easy, I would recommend this to anyone looking to get more cart recovery especially via SMS - anyways cool app thanks Consistent Cart!

We've used this app for several years for the CartSync feature, which has worked great. When the pricing structure changed, Nick was able to work with us to keep this feature free. We're very happy with the app and the customer service!

Judith & Micah have been a great help, whenever we need assistant, or have any questions. Someone is always there to answer. The first person I spoke with when I downloaded this app was judith she gave us great suggestions on how to scale our business. This is the best abandoned cart. You can test sequences to go into your inbox immediately just by pressing a test button. In my first few hours of using it I started recovering abandoned carts! I enjoyed it! Judith is a monster when it comes to guiding you through the app, she'll explain everything you need to know fast.

Judith's support was brilliant - we got charged for the monthly plan when we were signed up for the free plan and she reversed it promptly, as well as giving a quick rundown on the difference between the paid and free plans. Very quick, very responses, and positive outcome for all involved!

I really like the app. To me - its unfortunate that sending SMS messages through them requires a payment of 99$ per month Minimum.. it's too expensive for a website that has just began developing.. Other than that - the system is pretty nice.

I'm on the free account and every time I access it it keeps saying to confirm a subscription and upgrading me so I got to keep downgrading. How annoying.

Charged $99USD for the app, when I barely used it Was uninstalled as quick as installed yet a charge was applied? Will be requesting a refund as a cost such as this is quite inflated for no sales generated for abandoned carts via this app.
Hello! We charge our users depending on the plan they're in after the free-trial ends, and as an anticipated charge for the whole month. We contacted you through email, check it out whenever you can 😄
