New update is not working, they caused our site to be down for hours as well. In addition, the notifications are wrong - completed sales are marked as abandoned carts, and some additions are not accurate. Its now lagging very badly as well, causes issues... not liking this anymore at all. Will look for a better solution. UPDATE REVIEW - still a horrible application - it shut down our store. If a customer comes back more than once it counts as an "add to cart" they fake visitors and cart additions, and in my opinion do this so you think you have possible conversions. Unreliable and false information. DO NOT use (just my personal recommendation)

Still on free trial and have not yet saw any sales but very easy user interface and analytics. Was able to set up the emails in 10 minutes too!

I like the options ... customer service is great... need some work on the messenger optins... but I think this going to turn out to be a 5 star when they are done with with it.

So far is letting us know about each card status. We can follow which products customers are adding to the carts. Easy to operate and we see a bright future with this app.!

Consistent Cart provides actionable data you can use to improve your cart abandonment rate. Looking forward to seeing how this app performs relative to my previous cart recovery app.

Really like what this app has to offer, still on the trial but everything has been looking good, conversions slightly up and visits slightly up. Looking forward to more positive results!
