Had an issue with the switchover when the pricing was increased. The developer has reached out to address what happened and in the end they took the advice kindly and fixed the situation, and took the effort to show they really care to make things right, which is the best you can do in my book.

This App packs a lot of value into one service. But far from being a "jack of all trades", the functions compliment each other well - everything is aimed at bringing the customer back and making a conversion. Abandonned cart series works in conjunction with push (in theory!), and the sales pop is a nice confidence booster for customers. Customer service has been quick to respond and helpful. My only feedback is: push notifications do not seem to be working for me (could be my browser..).

So far so good! This app has a lot of useful features to explore. But above all, it is great to be able to see all the products my potential customers are adding to carts and follow up with measures to get those sales. Hoping to fully make use of most of the awesome features and functions of Consistent Cart soon! I think it would be highly valuable and almost indispensable for an e-commerce.

Really good app. Easy to use and gives great insight by seeing what's in peoples carts, even if they are anonymous abandoned carts. Very easy set up too.

This app has been so helpful with tracking information in regards to where our site needs improvement, and watching what our customers are interested in.
