Good app. Too early to tell what sales impact has been

2 stars - Some good features like shop pops and automated recovery emails and app is very easy to use but I reported a very serious flaw in the way they take credit for "recovering" orders - even 6 months after emails are sent they claim to have recovered orders for different products. These were from my own test purchases so I was very surprised. If they are charging based on this it is simply not true! Support fobbed me off for 10 days. I have uninstalled the app. Update: After leaving my review the company has sent me several emails about the problem I highlighted. Shame it took a 2 star review to get their attention but there you go. They assure me the situation has been fixed. I can't confirm this myself as i won't be using the app now so best to check it for yourself. I do think the app is good but the way my support was handled really left a sour taste - shame.

The app is very easy to use, works well without any hiccups. The new pricing structure is also fair, especially for small business who fall below the 1000 dollars in recovered cart sales. if the app recovers more than a 1000 dollars in sales then you get bumped up to a paid tier version of the app, the more sales recovered by the app, the more the prices increases. Also, I need to note these guys have good customer service, the response is very fast and is eager to help you. So in essence you're paying for more than what the app offers, you're also paying for good customer care.

The best feature of this app so far is how it tracks every single item that a customer placed in their cart (Cart Activity Monitor (Free). You can also see when an email was sent to them and whether they opened it up or not. I have yet to generate a lead from the emails (I have 2 abandoned emails set up), but I'm hoping it helps bring back the customer. What I was really interested in the Facebook Messenger Marketing which is not currently functioning and there does not seem to be a time table as to when it will be operational. Until the Facebook Messenger Marketing is working, I am not inclined to pay the monthly fee.

Love this app! One of THE best add ons we've used for our shop. It captures way more abandoned carts than what the basic settings in Shopify does. It has paid for itself many times over.
