So far, so good! I spoke with Alessandro, and his onboarding support was great. The team is very good about custom pricing based on your needs. Compared to other email and sms marketing solutions, Consistent Cart feels like a great value, especially if you're really focused on automations and cart recovery.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. You created a perfect cart abandoned email and send it to your customers. But you DO NOT HAVE ANY DATA about your emails and conversion info. I even made my own excel form to ask their developers to send me the data I was supposed to have. DO NOT USE THEM. Terrible experience.

We are aware that some details in the metrics are not available, but our development team is working on it and will include them in future updates. Update: We've sent you an email with the requested information as an attachment. Due to the sheer volume of data, we no longer include the first file we sent you to avoid duplicates and to provide you with the data as quickly as possible. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.

Great app and service. Generates a lot of our retargeting revenue. We had an issue with billing and their customer service team sorted it out very quickly.

Many steps to set up, trial time is very short 3 days..., I need to ask them for 15 more days were the app just recover 60us, then was I was ready to uninstall I realized the trial ended, and automatically they charged for the second more expensive plan of 99us per month not the basic one at 29us, so I needed to request a refund, be aware of this please, so you don't have the same surprise I had.

The user experience is very good, most of the problems can be solved in time, and discard the order email recall effect is good However, we really hope to add data information to the marketing email. The experience of email marketing is not good. We can only see the number of sent goods, but we can not check the click situation of inserted goods in the email content and the subsequent conversion situation, which is very important for us!
