The email automations are really helpful for reminding people if they get distracted. We had an unexpectedly high bill a few months back but the new pricing structure means this shouldn't happen again. The support team are really helpful and friendly.

We have been using this app for 6+ months for our abandon cart and checkout recovery. Great results! We are now starting to use more of the other features. Customer service has always been great. Previously we used another app with poor results and cost a lot more.

App works great. But their new billing is not worth it. They charged us based on the amount of contacts we have in our database, not sales recovered. So we got charged based on sales we had years ago and still have the contact information in our database. This app has nothing to do with those sales and it is not worth it.

The customer service for this app is excellent! I had an issue with the plan options and they were able to help me swiftly and painlessly. Highly recommend their service!

Judith's support was brilliant - we got charged for the monthly plan when we were signed up for the free plan and she reversed it promptly, as well as giving a quick rundown on the difference between the paid and free plans. Very quick, very responses, and positive outcome for all involved!

Love the cart abandonment ! So far things have been easy going.. I already have campaigns set up so I haven't used much of it just yet.

They charge for Everything.... so trying to go for the free plan is a waste of time... they try to get you up to the Proplan all the time. So if you are easy to fool... you will be lured into going for the proplan in no time at all. I am just saying... it was too obvious to me.
