We've used this app for several years for the CartSync feature, which has worked great. When the pricing structure changed, Nick was able to work with us to keep this feature free. We're very happy with the app and the customer service!

Judith's support was brilliant - we got charged for the monthly plan when we were signed up for the free plan and she reversed it promptly, as well as giving a quick rundown on the difference between the paid and free plans. Very quick, very responses, and positive outcome for all involved!

I really like the app. To me - its unfortunate that sending SMS messages through them requires a payment of 99$ per month Minimum.. it's too expensive for a website that has just began developing.. Other than that - the system is pretty nice.

Nice app, but price is too high if you have high volume returning customers. Read the price chart carefully.

They charge for Everything.... so trying to go for the free plan is a waste of time... they try to get you up to the Proplan all the time. So if you are easy to fool... you will be lured into going for the proplan in no time at all. I am just saying... it was too obvious to me. Early days so far, I'll see how it performs before deciding on keeping it as a paid for platform. Disappointed I couldn't avail of the extra week. Couldn't find out where to activate that. Better visibility, of this extra week offer, could be better.

Very Clean interface. VERY easy to use. I've been using it for over a year and have recovered a good number of sales using this app. I just had an issue with some billing and JENNY helped me out very quickly with full resolution. Absolutely fantastic customer service. Please give this app a go!

Now that Shopify Email is available, use this along with Poptin to get rid of Omnisend and save big bucks.

MUST READ !!! Consistent Cart takes credit for a sale if the customer completes their purchase within 72 hours of when the app sends them an abandoned cart email. Regardless of if they see the email or not. Be careful! It says "Monthly fee scales with the extra sales generated". I'm getting charged $49/mth but after analysis I found that 70% of "extra sales generated" were not generated by this app. I analysed my Consistent Cart Dashboard and here are the results... ➞ 40% of "extra sales generated" - recovery email was never opened by the customer. ➞ 30% of "extra sales generated" - were made by customers that were in contact with my customer service team and purchased after speaking to them. About half of these customers never even opened their emails. ➞ 30% of "extra sales generated" - are probably genuine. They do offer a few things that I really like but I am currently searching for another app made by a developer that is more honest with the abilities of their app.
