The app has been working for me, we've already recovered several carts over the past few days. I only wish the pop-up was more customizable (fonts / colors). Please look into!

I really like the idea of this app but I am not entirely sure I trust all the data. When I log in, I can see that there are abandoned carts but I don't see that came data come in on my abandon cart data collected on my shopify store. It also shows that there are thousands of views on my site but where do those views come from? I feel like if that's the case I should see that data on my shopify numbers. My website traffic only shows a couple hundred people but the consistent cart shows like 8000. I plan to give it another month to see how things go before deciding whether to cancel or not.

I just started using the app, seems to be a good fit to my store and i hope to generate some successes from its integration

we will see how the app does. $29 is steep for an app so I'm curious if they actually have the needed technology.

I love Consistent Cart because it allows me to do everything I need to stay in touch with my potential customers and the current ones in one place. The fact that they are also implementing a SMS marketing function makes it even better

This app hasn't been working for me and customer service has been very, very slow to respond or solve the problem. The set up seems nice but the chat in the app doesn't work well and they don't understand the Shopify integration. Don't waste your time or money.

Something my store was in need of and we are starting to see more sales it was made so much easier to have it all on shopify 5 stars all the way

Great app. Installs easily and works perfectly. I captured more business in the first day. Recommend it.

Installed app to use the free Persistant Shopping Cart feature. Unbeknownst to me, the app changed to paid version. Never used any of the paid tools, did not get a full refund (only refunded 1 month). Be cautious when installing and read the fine print.

While only on the trial, I was able to recover about 20 abandoned carts. I had no clue that people were adding items to their cards, and I hadn't captured their emails, Consistent Cart was able to retrieve their emails, and pull the sale back!
