AOV Bundle upsell has impressed me one more time. Hana answered my questions, made recommendations, and verified that the suggestions and steps she gave me worked correctly. I could "see" her politeness and care for the customer. How did I see that? It reflected in the words she used to help and guide me. I am going to try another App from AOV.
