In most cases, the app needs to be enabled in App Embeds and added as an App Block in your theme for it to show properly on the storefront. We also noticed you couldn’t reach our live chat, which is not the experience we want for our users—there may have been an unexpected issue on our side. We completely understand how frustrating this must have been, especially when you were trying to test the app, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
