Great app, when I first installed it I had an issue with the cart, the chat support replied (Lydia) to my message in less than 1 minute and was able to resolve it really quick! This is one of the fastest support I've experience, I recommend this app!

This app does exactly what I needed it to do which was have tiered product discounts. Any problems and the help desk was incredible. Helped me with anything I needed, very quick and knowledgeable! Thank you very much :)

The customer service for this app is outstanding! I'm new to this app and experience of offering bundles/volume discounts and needed some guidance and had several questions. Dana was super helpful, guiding me and answering my questions. I would highly recommend this app. It's a great asset for any website and the customer service offered is exceptional.

Got AOV Bundles Volume Discounts initially to setup volume discounting but it does so much more! I reached out to support and Susan got me all setup for what I needed. She went above and beyond. You can tell she knows her stuff as well as read my mind on things I needed help with and fully understood my needs. Hands down the more intuitive, fully featured and supported apps on Shopify.

Very impressed with this app and the customer support! The app is easy to use and is the solution we were looking for to build your own bundles and upsell effectively. On top of that, the customer support have been extremely helpful and so quick to respond to any queries we've had, including customizing the look and feel of the app to match our brand.

The agent Dana was unthinkably unusefull, unresponsive and unable to help with my problems. If you get her its just better to delete the app

I had an excellent experience! The support team was absolutely amazing — quick to respond, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Every question I had was answered clearly, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. What really stood out to me was the speed and efficiency. Quedé encantando con esta aplicación, es muy sencilla de usar, ofrece varias funciones como el de crear ofertas por volumen, para armar combos en la página del producto, configurar el widget en el color y fuentes y más.. y no solo se queda allí, una vez que el visitante llega al carrito y pasarela de pago, se puede seguir ofreciendo más artículos para aumentar ventas potenciales. La atención de Annie fue excelente, atención rápida y muy atenta a que las solicitudes se cubran, todo desde el chat. Para ser gratis esta app, esta genial. Lo recomiendo ampliamente

Couldn't ask for more. As soon as I installed I had a little trouble with navigating the settings and fitting the widgets in my product page but Annie from customer support took me through the process and it works really well. Highly recommended!

The setup was incredibly easy, and the intuitive interface made it simple to create compelling bundles that my customers can't resist. My revenue should now significant be boosted. The customer support is top-notch.
