I can’t speak highly enough about both this app and the level of support I received. While configuring the volume discount tool, I ran into a number of issues due to understandable conflicts with a third-party wholesale app I was also using. Since the two tools operate on entirely different pricing systems, it created a complex setup that wasn’t straightforward to resolve. Enter Kyle, an absolute gem. He took the time to fully understand the intricacies of my store's configuration and worked tirelessly over several hours to troubleshoot and find a resolution tailored specifically to my unique setup. His approach was thoughtful, professional and incredibly patient throughout the process. It’s rare to come across someone who not only has the technical expertise but also the genuine desire to help you succeed. In all my experience working with app developers and support teams, I have never had such a positive interaction. Kyle was friendly, communicative and truly went above and beyond to ensure everything worked perfectly. The app itself is fantastic - smart, intuitive, and powerful. Once configured correctly, it performs exactly as promised, delivering flexible volume discounts that enhance both the user experience and our sales strategy. Very Good and Helpful App! This app works perfectly and is super helpful for increasing sales. The setup is easy and quick, and the support team is so kind and fast to help. They even enabled features for me very quickly. I really recommend this app — it makes everything simple and smooth!

I haven’t tested the app fully yet, but the support team (Tiffany) has been amazing. She helped me set everything up really quickly and exactly how I wanted. So far, great experience!

Great customer service (thanks Macy & dev team!). App is simple but in positive way, I'm not a fan of the extra razzle dazzle. I like it when things are clean, clear (and under control) and to the point and this widget is perfect for that. Macy was great with making things easier for me in regard to customizing it to my website's look, with even getting more help from the dev team for extra support. Thanks again! :)
