I randomly clicked a button to see how to match my theme colors and Tiffany came online. Not only did she quickly help me with the look of the app, she made very helpful suggestions and walked me through all of my questions! Tiffany was super helpful, kind and patient! Great app, but even better support.

I’ve had a great experience with the AOV.ai so far. The setup process was smooth, and the support has been excellent. Cindy was especially helpful in getting everything set up, answering my questions, and assisting with a few customization tweaks I needed. She was very friendly and responded quickly every time, which made the whole process much easier. Really appreciate the great support!

Just installed this app on my Shopify store and I'm blown away — not just by how flawlessly it works, but by the support. This is truly outstanding. Colors, fonts, all details were configured for us by Dana from AOV.ai in no time. The whole thing was set up in minutes, along with excellent suggestions. I have rarely experienced such competent and friendly support — and that practically in the middle of the night in Europe :) Thank you, Dana!

So far so good - still playing around with the settings. Reached out to have the trademark removed and Cindy made this so easy. She also helped me set up the font adjustment so the widget appeared more seamless within my theme, and enabled manual coupon code redemption for me!

Very useful app. I didn't know what steps to follow at first, but in a very short time I managed to figure out how to configure the settings. A very intuitive app. I needed some custom settings and didn't know if they were possible, but with a single click I got in touch with Jasmine. All the settings were done in a few minutes, and now I can use the app according to my needs. Jasmine also guided me through the settings I needed, in addition to the ones she did. I'm looking forward to new updates with new features for the app. Perfect integrated in Impact Theme.

No tengo más que buenas palabras para describir esta aplicación. Tuve ciertos problemas para instalarla y Macy me ayudó bastante. Al día siguiente Kyle me eliminó un error de código para que se me visualizaran las ofertas. Por último, Susan me corrigió en un minuto el tipo de letra, ya que yo la prefería en otro estilo. Muchísimas gracias chicos! sois los mejores y la mejor app de Shopify!

Susan and Jasmine have helped tremendously, im truly grateful. The set up was very easy, support is extremely promt. Im hoping i get more sales using this app, we shall see. I highly recommend though.

Fantastic app and amazing customer support! Sienna was lovely, replied to me instantly on live chat and updated their app to remove branding and make fonts match my theme within seconds. Their support go above and beyond and the app is great too, works just how you'd expect and is very easy to use too.
