Customer service is attentive in the live chat, but I keep having technical issues with the incorrect products being displayed for the bundles. After speaking to customer service they always have to "escalate the issue" and I don't have time to keep having issues "escalated" and waiting for their team to solve it. These issues are minor and completely defeat the purpose of adding a bundle app to my store—the app needs more work before it can be used. Decided to remove the app instead.

Because all products in your store are grouped under a single collection called “All products,” our system was unable to correctly determine which specific items should be offered in the Frequently Bought Together campaign. This caused the app to display unexpected product suggestions. We have a plan to implement a quick adjustment to better accommodate your request. I came across this app for shopify and in all honesty, for it being a free app, it's one of the best free apps I have used. I use a lot of bundles on my store, so this is the perfect alternative to the (limited) shopify built one. Highly recommend. It's super easy to use and set-up. Dana was also super helpful when the app kept asking me to refresh, they were very quick to answer and fix the issue.
Een fijne en goede App. Werkt goed en is eenvoudig in te stellen/te gebruiken. Tiffany heeft me goed geholpen. Als je een vraag stelt proberen ze je zo goed en snel mogelijk te helpen om het zo goed mogelijk neer te zetten en te matchen met de website.

I usually don’t write reviews, but I had to take a moment because the support I received was genuinely excellent. I was struggling to get the bundle app working the way I needed with my theme, and their team jumped in right away. What really stood out was how patient and thoughtful they were. It honestly felt like they cared about helping me get it right. If you’re on the fence or worried about setup, don’t be. Their support alone is worth it!

Very good app and an even better support team. Have been using it for 2 months and the team has always responded within minutes to any queries and fixed any minor issues within minutes! Susan and the team have been more than helpful on many instances. Would definitely recommend this to any store wanting to explore bundles.
Tiffany did a great job answering my questions and explaining how things worked. She also anticipated other features I may want access to and helped with those as well. So far it's been working as expected!
A powerful web tool with tons of options for customization and bundle building! The customer service is also next level. Jasmine and Anivia took very good care of me, and spent a long time troubleshooting and answering my many in depth questions. So glad I went with this app! ♡

This app is brilliant. I have used it to allow customers to build their own bundles and it does exactly what I want and was easy to set up and customise. Customer service has been outstanding, helping me sort out a couple of small bits very quickly and effectively. Highly recommended.
