Support is sharp, fast, and highly responsive. The team was able to adapt the app quickly to fit our needs, which is a big plus. Setup was straightforward and easy to get running. The only limitation on our end is the lack of manual control in certain areas. We currently have to rely on AI for some elements that would benefit from direct customization — for example, variant color selectors in the cross-sell module are limited to basic colors, with no option to adjust their appearance. But the team removed the color icons to leave only the text, wich works. Aside from that, it’s a solid app and performs well overall. Would definitely be a 5★ with a bit more manual flexibility.

I cannot recommend this app enough, mainly because of the stellar support team behind it. I ran into a few technical hurdles while setting up my bundles, and the team was there to assist me every step of the way.

I am very impressed with AOV.ai Bundles Upsell. The app is intuitive and has significantly helped increase our store's AOV with features like Frequently Bought Together and Volume Discounts. A special shoutout to Thea from the support team, she was incredibly professional, fast, and went above and beyond to help me customize the widget to match my store's branding perfectly. Highly recommended!

I just created a bundle, and it worked perfectly. This is finally what you would expect Shopify to do, but this app actually does it. The support team was very helpful. In particular, our communication with Tiffany and Jasmine was friendly, productive, and efficient.

This is an amazing app! Great customer service and speedy help and aid. They worked with me to customize the app to my store. Additionally I was guided and given assurance on using the best type of bundle. I highly recommend this app!

I first thought that the chat help is an AI bot (that btw in lots of apps don't even work lol). But a real person Macy helped me solve some questions, great. Thank you. Recommend :) UPDATING my review further- The upsell variations are PERFECT, I had no idea you can make such great bundles! And it's Free, BIG THANKS to developer!!

Solid AI integration for boosting AOV. The upsell logic is intuitive and has already started streamlining my funnel. Support was quick and technical when I had installation questions. Highly recommend for scaling stores.
