I almost deleted the app (got a quick tempter lol) but the Tiffany from support resolved my issue in less than a minute, great work :)

App works extremely well. Super easy to use. Customer support also is very responsive, Tiffany helped me out with all my questions, and helped me set everything up that I was concerned about.

Click bait with free trial. But when downloading the app there is no free trial offered!

Please allow me to clarify how our pricing works: - Our app charges on a 30-day billing cycle. - If your store reaches more than 100 orders during that cycle, the charge will be based on the applicable pricing tier. - If your store does not reach 100 orders, the app remains free to use. I completely understand how this might feel unclear when you are still testing the app. To ease this, we have a refund policy in place: if you decide to uninstall within the first 30 days because the app doesn’t meet your expectations, you are eligible for a refund. I have just set this up but the functionality is amazing the customer support is out of this world. The girls rock! Special thanks to Macy and Dana. The templates are well designed and can be customized and the flows are very easily setup. It was my first time creating upsells i wrapped my head a bit around it but managed to create a few awesome flows. Recommend to everyone!

Just downloaded the app and really like what I am seeing so far. Susan from the customer support really helped me amazingly in the process and enabled a lot of features that helped in the process. She is very quick and kind in responding. So far my experience is very good and hope to discover all features of the app and a smooth integration.
