Je recommande Crisp à 200%, simple à installer et à prendre en main, assistance présente et au top, interconnexion avec l'ensemble de nos outils, et surtout n'importe qu'elle membre de votre équipe peut ensuite répondre aux demandes prospect/clients.

We are surprised by the issues we encountered during the application process. 1. Our email has never been registered before, yet when we attempted to sign up, we were informed that registration was prohibited. This has prevented us from experiencing the service. 2. Additionally, the overall experience has been quite frustrating. I tried to use your own online chat software, but unfortunately, I did not receive any response. We hope these issues can be addressed promptly.

I would definitely recommend Crisp. We bought a new ecommerce website and put it on shopify. Crisp was a go-to for our support team because it lets you handle tickets super easily, very user friendly and AI is just the cherry on the cake.

Je suis passé de Crisp à Zendesk principalement pour le fait de pouvoir avoir jusqu'à 20 agents pour le même tarif. Là où Zendesk est une usine à gaz, Crisp est assez simple d'utilisation une fois son fonctionnement assimilé, légèrement différent (ne fonctionne pas avec des tickets mais avec des conversations). Les outils d'automatisations permettent d'aller assez loin dans ce qu'il est possible de faire. En bref, très pratique pour gérer le SAV, je pense rester longtemps :).

Excelente App! Tengo más de 2 años utilizando esta plataforma. En mi experiencia es la App que tiene más canales de comunicación para integrar. Su chatbot es algo complejo de configurar, sin embargo tienen un equipo de soporte te brindan ayuda muy pronto y realmente te solucionan cualquier problema. Adicional, están abiertos a recibir comentarios y mejoras en su plataforma

Après plusieurs années sur Zendesk, nous sommes ravis d’avoir tenté l’expérience CRISP. C’est un outil à la fois simple et super puissant pour gérer sa relation client (chat, mail, réseaux sociaux etc). Facile à connecter et à paramétrer, facile à utiliser au quotidien pour toutes les équipes. Mais vraiment puissant avec la possibilité de créer des chatbots et de nombreux scenarios... Gros plus, la team Crisp est super sympa, toujours disponible et ultra réactive

Crisp est la meilleure plateforme de messagerie multicanal. La gestion du service client est simplifiée et les fonctionnalités sont avancées. Nous avons pu tester de nombreuses solutions similaires (Zendesk, Helpscout, Livechat, Gorgias, etc...) et Crisp reste la plus fiable et la plus simple à configurer. Le tarif est juste et l'équipe du support est très disponible. De plus, ils sont au top pour l'évolution technologique (fonctionnalités basées sur l'IA). Nous recommandons les yeux fermés !

Crisp surpasse de loin nos précédents outils de gestion de la relation client (Zendesk puis Intercom). J'ai notamment été bluffé par le niveau d'intégration de Crisp avec tous nos outils digitaux (Shopify, Aircall, Klaviyo), le helpdesk super facile à customiser, la possibilité de piloter et optimiser la productivité de nos opérateurs avec le bot et enfin la contribution directe à l'amélioration de notre taux de conversion e-commerce grâce en particulier au paramétrage de triggers indexés sur nos campagnes d'acquisition. Un must à tarif super compétitif !

I had a terrible experience with this company. They suddenly blocked my account, leaving me unable to access my information. Then, they demanded all kinds of documents and business registration files from me, and even asked for an English version. After wasting a whole day providing everything they asked for, they informed me that my account couldn't be restored. This was an enormous waste of my time and effort. I do not recommend this company. Throughout the verification process, you never mentioned the issue of the 18+ wall, but instead repeatedly demanded that we provide our company's business registration information and other documents. This caused significant inconvenience to our employees who had to apply for various certificates from our company, only to be ultimately rejected. Moreover, due to the sudden account suspension, we were unable to respond to our customers who were in the middle of receiving services.

We are sorry about this bad experience. However, your company is selling sex toys, and as a business, we have a legal responsibility and must respect local legislation. It appears your company doesn't fit with our local regulations because there is no 18+ wall. It's mandatory for European people. Feel free to update your website so we can review your application. J'ai quitté Zendesk pour Crisp : l'une de meilleure décision de mon année ! J'ai un e-commerce (musebook.club) pour lequel j'avais besoin d'un chat facile à prendre à main et avec lequel je puisse être réactive comme avec mes DM sur Instagram. Et je l'ai trouvé avec Crisp ! Je reçois les messages de mes visiteurs en direct (au revoir les tickets par email !) et j'ai même pu, à plusieurs reprise, convertir des ventes sous mes yeux parce que j'ai pu répondre aux questions des client en instantanné grâce à l'app mobile de Crisp sur laquelle je reçois mes messages en direct. J'ai même automatisé tout mon système d'échange-retour grâce à Bot que j'ai programmé (sans grandes connaissances) dans le chat ! Pour toutes ces raisons, et bien d'autres encore, je recommande Crisp à 2000%. Non, peut-être plutôt à 3000% en fait. Merci Crisp ! Angeline, utilisatrice heureuse

J'ai choisi Crisp depuis le lancement il y a plus d'un an de notre e-shop chez Gibus Cycles. Objectif : rassembler nos différents canaux de communication et disposer d'un véritable helpdesk tout en étant capable de nous suivre dans notre croissance. App desktop et mobile stable et réactive. Support présent et plus que compétent. Allez-y les yeux fermés pour une solution de messaging au rapport qualité/prix imbattable.
