Very easy to use and awesome support team! They are very responsive and extremely helpful. I had the pleasure of speaking with Ray, who immediately upon receiving my issue sprung into action! He did not make me feel like a burden at all! He answered every question I had, had a great attitude, and best of all, he resolved my issue in a matter minutes!

This has been our scheduling app for the last year. The features have been exactly what we need to operate smoothly. We have made app feature requests which have been addressed and improved. Support is 5 star and associates make every effort to assist.

Great app! The developers are so helpful too. I had trouble getting the 'select a time' button to come up on desktop - it was showing on mobile though. They were able to get that sorted out so quickly for me. Highly recommend.

This is an excellent app with a ton of amazing functionality. Our team did a lot of research and testing before we found Easy Appointment Booking and it was such a relief when we did. The support team is truly fantastic and even helped us with some custom coding we needed in order to integrate with other apps. Both Ray and Qalvin go above and beyond to help with any questions we've had in our fairly complex setup.

Amazingly helpful.! I am new to online stores and calendars and I was glad to try Easy Appointment Booking as my first attempt. I ran into some questions and was amazed and delighted that their support team was so responsive. They reached out and walked me through step by step some of the areas that I was stuck on. The support team was also eager to get my feedback to improve the clarity of their app! In this, sometimes impersonal world, these people are the real deal! We have been using this program for over a year without any issues. We had a self-inflicted issue and the team at Easy Appointment Booking jumped in to diagnose the issue and solve it on the backend to get us back up and running in no time. This tool is a huge revenue generator and we were back on our feet in no time. Thank you

This app is really easy to use, and they provide you with a lot of links, demos, and support if you have any trouble. Support gets back to you incredibly fast. There are a few random glitches you may encounter throughout the year (like problems with Daylight Savings Time around the world not being synched properly to the US so affecting your booking times), but support is so good, they get it fixed pretty fast. It connects really well to Zoom, creates links for my clients, and sends reminder emails. I love the ease of this app, which is why I am a fan.
