We recently started using Appstle Loyalty & Rewards, and the experience has been absolutely amazing. Their support team is truly one of the best I’ve ever worked with. Uri went above and beyond to help us set up our loyalty rules, redeem options, referral settings, social sharing, branding customization, widget positioning, and even color adjustments to perfectly match our store theme. What impressed me most is that they didn’t just guide us - they proactively handled everything for us as a complimentary service. The migration from our previous platform was managed smoothly and professionally, with great attention to detail. The entire process was seamless, well-organized, and clearly communicated from start to finish. They were patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly fast in their responses. Any time we had a question or needed adjustments, they took care of it immediately. Their communication is clear, friendly, and reassuring. I had an issue with the placement of my Apostle App widget on my Shopify website and reached out to customer support for help. Rep Uri jumped in and handled it immediately. Not only did he understand exactly what the issue was, but he fixed it super fast with zero back and forth. The turnaround time was impressive, and the process was smooth and stress-free.
