The Appstle Loyalty & Bundles have exceeded my expectations! With this app, I can engage my customers with loyalty programs and bundled offers in a new way. Its user-friendly interface and seamless navigation impressed me right away. The commitment to customer support that Appstle offers sets it apart. Support is responsive and responds to inquiries and concerns promptly. They know what they are doing and how to communicate effectively.

If there where 15 stars, I would select all 15! This team of professional experts. is very dedicated and did such a good job of installing my Loyalty system. Which I must say works Top notch! Nancy who led me through the installation, is not only very Knowledgeable but dedicated to provide complete customer satisfaction - well done - the team as a whole got the system up and running in time. Quick response and this rewards app is the only one so far that has allowed us to completely customize EVERY text viewable in the launcher and emails. If you are looking for a rewards app especially if you're customer base is in a different country, this is the best option for sure.

Kate's help this evening was incredible, I've never used an app with such amazing customer service, nothing is too much for them and they always know exactly what you're trying to say, even when I can't quite articulate it properly :)

This is my first reward program and I love it! It's perfect for my needs and easy to set up and run. I had one little problem, totally operator error, I missed a setting. Harris figured out what it was and even made a video (on my account screen) for me to help me fix it. Outstanding customer service, thank you!

It's "ok". Two problems we came across: (1) We signed up for a trial based on Appstle website stating that it has Store Credit as a feature (see their pricing matrix). It doesn't. (2) We wanted to automatically award points when a customer signs up for the loyalty program. Problem is, this doesn't happen when the user is already a customer. It ONLY awards points when the person is new entirely (not a customer). 99% of our loyalty program signups are AFTER the first sale takes place, so this feature doesn't work for us. Customer support regard this as "expected behavior". I don't. So we're going with another loyalty app.

I apologize for the less-than-stellar experience with our Loyalty app. The 'user behavior' and 'points awarding' rule you have mentioned can be achieved, and our development team has already implemented it after receiving your feedback. Regarding Store Credit, store credits are generally given as a refund or gift and can be done using Appstle Loyalty. If you have any specific use cases to achieve around store credits, I would love to hear it, and we will try to implement it if possible. Our CPO had also reached out to you separately regarding this. At first look, I was excited about this app. Unfortunately, there have been issues. First, the migration of our loyalty list did not work and they told me I didn't do it. (I did, it said it was in progress and that it would take time, but it never happened). Then they said they would do it for me so I sent them the list. It took them days to get around to it, while I had to tell customers their points were temporarily unavailable. When they finally did get it done, they applied the total earned points over all time as the available points, exposing our company to significant potential losses. They said they're going to fix it, but I'm helpless unless I choose to just abandon this app, which I'm about an hour away from doing unless they get this fixed. As of my experience so far, I would caution anyone considering this app. I may change my opinion over time and if they get this resolved right away, but this could cost our company significantly.

So far, I've had a great experience with this app. I haven't even paid for it or fully implemented it yet, but they've filled several feature requests that I needed before I felt comfortable hitting the GO button with regular progress updates. I've been using Joy Loyalty rewards for almost a year prior, and they NEVER implemented a single request I made. I'll be migrating over this week, can't wait!

We use APpstle subscription, so it was the obvious choice to use their loyalty program as well. Works great!

Updating to 3-stars for a prompt attention from Appstle Customer Service and changes made to the app based on issues we identified. We are standing by for additional changes as discussed (e.g. activity/audit log) that will make this app ready for primetime, at which point we will reconsidering implementing this app for our store.
