11/12/25 It has been an extremely long two days. There are a ton of steps with integrating this app and choosing the options of points or store credit is one of the biggest decisions you'll make in your life! lol All the wording and app features seem to be geared towards providing points...of course I chose store credit. The store credit option seems to have several issues. Currently 1)It's not working on my POS and 2)Store credit option does not work with all payment methods (amazon & paypal). Customer Service is taking quite a long time to respond, each time and than they just ghost you and will pick up the conversation at 1am est. I have asked multiple times if it's possible to book time with an individual to go through and finish the set up. With several issues and an overwhelming amount of options during set up no one seems to understand that I need this to work properly before allowing customers to attempt to use. Very disappointed, at this current moment i've been waiting 40 minutes for a response from someone who was supposed to be helping. 11/10/25 -Just setting up but the customer service has been great!

The stars are based on customer service as I haven't used the app and was trying to figure some things out. But customer service alone was superb. I had the pleasure of speaking with Jackson not only was he quick with his responses but he was extremely patient.

I used to use Rise, which I considered the best Loyalty app on the market. But after two months with Appstle Loyalty, Rise feels far behind. Appstle Loyalty is, without a doubt, the best Loyalty app available today.
