This app and the entire Appstle team are fabulous! This is the ONLY loyalty and rewards app that is flexible enough for our needs - and trust me, I installed/tried/uninstalled several before I finally found this one. The team was responsive to all of my installation and functionality questions as I was setting up the app on a SATURDAY! Absolutely great experience and the app is AWESOME!

This app has all the features I was looking for. There were a few bugs but support was very responsive and looked into and fixed them very quickly. They also helped with a few customizations I wanted to add.

I have only just started the app on the free plan currently. So far absolutely love this app! I had 2 issues that I wasn't sure on how to fix (changing the design of my Loyalty page) and I was helped with a quick prompt by Muhammad, Who was more than happy to help and complete my requests within a quick time frame. With also showing me how to do this for future in case I wanted to change anything later on. I appreciate your help! Its amazing to find a app that has such great customer care and quick replies. 100% recommend this app so far!

The app has had some bugs since we have been using it, but the support team is always available to chat. For the price, this a good loyalty management app for a small business.

This is one of the rewards apps I've found within Shopify that has the most settings options. The team is very responsive to help with any questions or concerns.

This is a great app. But what I appreciate more than the greatness of this app is this company's support staff! I have been on my computer needing help in the wee hours of the morning, daytime and late at night. Their service is consistently the same. They are knowledgeable, extremely polite and most of all very patient. I would definitely reccomend this app, it is top notch.

I’ve never had such good customer support, always receiving a response in under a minute, even on weekends. The app has all the features and is perfect for users who want a highly customizable experience. Great app, excellent support, the only thing I’d still like to have is more options to use the app directly in the customer account. They provided me with all the data for the API, so I can now do it myself.
