The app is great, I see only one gap that you cant have automated discounts for VIPs, also Tiers renewal based on configured activity is not possible

I have contacted the software engineers multiple times for various issues, and they have always been very helpful. They go above and beyond to assist me. What I appreciate is that they don't simply push me to learn everything on my own. Instead, they address my concerns directly and then provide a video tutorial showing me how to resolve similar issues in the future. This team engages with their customers professionally and genuinely cares about helping to resolve any issues.I highly recommend it.

Anytime I need help the app support is wonderful. I've been very happy with my experience thus far and use this app to give in store loyalty points that our customers can convert to money off their purchase

The app is relatively straightforward to use and has most features you need, but it's constantly being updated with new features! The best part, though, is the chat support if you need assistance. Of all the chat supports I've had to use (in terms of other Shopify apps), they're definitely the quickest, most responsive, and most reliable at any hour of the day. Certain things could use improvement like with the email template customizations, but it's negligible since I use another app for my emails anyway and Appstle works with the app I use.

Easy set up and integration. I inquired about a possible partnership between Appstle and Klaviyo for incentivizing reviews, which they are in the works for. Excellent customer service!
